Yeah. But the problem with Alesia is that she need an object to throw with or use a weapon, and she need a clear sight on her target/s. Telekinesis, destroying the projectiles, freaking luck power, Force-Field Generation, and Intangibility will stop Alesia's homing effect power.
Force-Field Generation and Intangibility will only stop Alesia's power as long as their power is up.
A normal shield can work against Alesia until she has a weapon that can pierce through shields.

Shields are complicated, since it can stop most of the things that Alesia tries to throw or use a weapon. It doesn't stop specific weapons, or throwing items. It won't stop the homing effect if it has an opening for it either.
Not to mention, Alesia's homing effect will hunt them down until they try to stop it or get hit by it.
Force-Field manipulation will work, since it doesn't leave any opening out for the homing effect to work. However, Alesia can easily send an barrage of arrows or bullets.
Intangibility also works, since the homing effect will keep missing.
If they are tired from using their power. The Intangibility and Force-Field manipulation are so screwed.

I actually can't wait to see her in action; I feel like she could totally be tricky about it and make people think it is over. Nope, suddenly you got knives in your back and an arrow up your butt. She sounds so strong and like she would be a fearsome fighter, so I think it will be cool to see her power strengthen and develop as the RP goes on.
