"Stops yelling" I have decided that in order to promote activity, I'll probably have to set times for when scenes should take place, and also keep players in one group. Based on how many players show their attendance, I will then decide whether to reform the RP with new rules and a slightly different story. You will have until THIS SUNDAY to let me know you are here, and by that time I will decide what will happen next.
