As large as the thing is, is there a penalty to strike if one were to aim at the back thing?
Ah. No penalty, but called shots do use two attacks due to the need for careful aim.

Goodness gracious. You'd think by now they would cooperate and just accept their fate. World end bad guy threats are nothing if not tenacious.
I know, right? Its not like they have any chance of winning against such awesome people like us!

Can daisy use the invulnerable Dragon Thunderer to parry?
You wouldn't be able to parry, but you can use the weapon to hit one of the missiles, hoping to destroy more of the incoming six pack. Doing so will use one of your actions.

Could my character spend his next action attacking the volley on Daisy if Daisy's attack fails to destroy it?

No worries about that! I'm sure the glitterboy can take a missile or twelve. It's a very sturdy thing. Despite its size.

Uh huh. Until you get the repair bill for that bad boy... =)

If memory serves, Glitter Boys have 770 M.D.C. of laser reflective armor? I am not worried for Daisy's survival, but her purse.

This isn't Robotech where you have some army that pays the ammo and repair bills for you by way of their own resources. In Rifts, all of that comes out at your character's own pocket (unless something has been mentioned in-game that I missed), good D. Rex.

Take a guess on how much five missiles hitting will likely cost her?

Would be great misfortune to he hit by it. Thankfully she can do some of the armor work herself.

If I were to use the Rune Axe to strike at the missiles...

Any time the Dragon Thunderer strikes something, it releases a free "Thunderclap", described here.

Do those bonus apply to the hit, to everything after the hit, do they stack, would it effect robots, etc?

Also, I'm starting to think that Daisy is all about being the loudest she can be.

Yeah. I know the Dragon Thunderer too - it was one of the rune items I wanted for Gradicus back when he was my main here. =)

I think you're absolutely right concerning Daisy being the loudest of us! Loud and proud!

Along with this question, I have another I've been wondering about for a while. Are Rykon, Silanon, and Vaneheart okay to roll initiative and join in on this?

It would not apply to missiles (obviously), and robots and those with sufficient hearing protection would not be affected by the stunning effect.

Rykon and Silanon are a yes. Silanon will be able to jump in after a few actions have gone by. I have not seen nor heard from Vaneheart in a while, and every other time he's posted lately has been to say that he's about to post and never does. I am thinking that Sir Dru is out of the game due to player absence.

Thanks for your concerns! My choice to look for anything of importance delayed my heroic entrance, I'm afraid - from my perspective, it'd probably be appropriate to jump in there in the second combat round or a little later, think a round are 15 seconds, right? Depends on the exact distances etc, of course, that's Sherwood's call, but I'll be cheering for you in the meantime. Zeph should be closer to the group, so you'll get his support first. Get 'em!

That was great! The Magic Net worked! =)

The Chi Cloud form would work, but it will use up an action due to the activation of the power.

Due to the activation of the power or its use as a dodge? Any of the Fox Spirit's transformation occur "instantly"as they are "instinctive" (Mystic China, page 54). I certainly don't mind using up an action as a dodge, but I feel using up an action to activate it is an entirely different matter (which might come up down the road in some different battle).

I'll let you go with the 'instinctive' power without using an action. Are you doing that?

Depends. I still need a quick answer on this:

What about Snowfall shooting his double-range Wind Rush spell at the volley?

It would be like a standard attack, giving you a percentage chance to get a chain reaction on the missiles.

A standard attack when Wind Rush can be an area-of-effect (20 foot wide) spell? O.K... It's your game (but I definitely won't doing that).

Last question: Can Snowfall spend an action to put himself between the missiles and the Exterminators and Chi-form dodge in the hopes the missiles have a chance at hitting the Mechanoids? Perhaps I could spend an Action Point on it to make it happen?

He's got the quickness (above 30 P.P.) and Blazing Comet active. I'll understand if you say no, though. Again, it's your game.
