  Hair: Christian has short brown hair which he styles regularly into a 'wind-swept' style, which his older siblings have equated to 'bedhead', although Christian will dispute this fact.
  Eyes: He has hazel eyes that sit between brown and green most of the time. However, they become more golden when they are viewed in direct sunlight.
  Face: He has a very chiselled face, with cheekbones that many other boys his age don't have. He's always been called angular and puberty has added to this feature.
  Piercings: At the moment Christian does not have any piercings. He is considering getting his right ear lobe pierced.
  Accessories: Christian wears a silver chain and a silver ring with his family's insignia on it. Both of them are family heirlooms and as a result Christian never takes them off. He is very proud of his heritage and so keeps them clean and always checks that they are still there.

  Overall: Christian is a very cunning individual, and he follows the ideals that Voldemort has put forward. Despite being homoromantic, he is happy that he gets to be a part of the Fountain of Life Programme as he wants to make his family proud and knows that being a part of that programme will make them proud. He is rather academically balanced, and doesn't favour sports or learning, and has a healthy amount of both in his life.
  People consider him very smart, but he just knows how to prioritise things and knows how much studying he needs to do to stay on top but not overwhelm himself. He is achieving excellent grades (all exceeds expectations or above).
  Christian is not empathetic towards other people. He struggles to connect emotionally and finds it difficult to understand why people are upset over things like teenage relationships. He actively tries to keep himself away from the girls and boys who wish to date him as he knows that later in life he will get a wife whom he has to keep.
  Despite being on the Quidditch team, Christian is not a good team player. He struggles to work with people and often gets in to arguments with other people in his team. He is horrendous at group tasks and either does all the work or does none of it.

  Personality: Withdrawn ever since the event that changed her life (see backstory), Kim doesn’t speak out much except to her toad familiar, Lord Chan. Trusting others becomes difficult after all that happened to her family. She’d seen the horrors that magic was capable of and she treats it with the caution it deserves. Determination to protect herself, find her mother, and free her father from the Imperio curse, is currently what drives her her desire to learn. To fix her mistakes. She doesn't love magic, at least not anymore. Innocent curiosity towards magic and a genuine desire to understand others still exists within Kim, but it’s buried away in place of a more jaded perspective. Safety comes first.
  
  Kim is hardworking. Menial tasks such as cooking and cleaning doesn’t bother her since she used to help out at her father’s restaurant. She’ll move at her own pace, take things one at time, until her work is done (whether it be homework or janitorial duties). Kim hates leaving things unfinished and can get a little OCD about it. She is diligent and will persevere through tasks no matter how tedious or difficult. Despite her appearance, Kimberly Li Zhou is more physically capable than she appears. She feels guilty that her disobedience caused her mother to be taken away and almost considers her mistreatment at Hogwarts proper punishment.
  
  The traits that got her into the hufflepuff house are probably her loyalty and fairness. Kim doesn’t judge others by appearances, blood, or wealth. She looks at people based on their actions and what they do. She despises the people that killed her mother and cursed her father, but she has no quarrel with their children and innately understands that the two are separate. Kim holds fast to her own morals and no amount of peer pressure or social views can change it making her a little stubborn. Her quiet nature leaves her hard at making friends, but to those that do become her friends, they’ll find that Kim is an intensely loyal one. Despite seeming somewhat standoffish because of the distance she keeps from others, Kim is a romantic because of her parents. She believes strongly in freedom of love and the Fountain of Life program appalls her.
  
  Finally Kim is passive and pensive. She learns by watching first before doing and dwells more in her thoughts. Rarely does she leap in first before having a clear understanding of what she’s getting into. Kim doesn’t have an aggressive personality and her first inclination isn’t to fire a spell when provoked. If possible, she prefers to talk things out…granted she’s not great at talking so her words may come out as awkward if not blunt. She doesn’t like the spotlight and doesn’t feel the need to brag about her accomplishments either.   Backstory:
  Kimberly’s mother is a pureblood witch of Chinese ancestry who left her homeland to marry Kim’s father, a British muggle who owned a small restaurant in Wiltshire, England. Supposedly, Kim’s mother fell in love with her father’s cooking when he worked as a chef in her mother’s ancestral home and the two eloped. The details aren’t really known to Kim. According to Kim’s father, her mother followed him back to Britain when his work contract ended. Her mother insists that the sneaky man lured her to his horrid country with tantalizing cupcakes. Whichever the case, the details about how Kim’s parents got together aren’t important. Suffice to say they loved each other.
  
  Kim was a result of that love. The young girl was raised as muggle in Wiltshire. She went to muggle school. Had muggle friends. If it weren’t for the bit of accidental magic she performed when she was four, Kim would’ve thought she was just like any other girl. It was then that her mother revealed to her that both she and Kim are witches. Kim wasn’t allowed to tell anyone. Not her friends. Not even her father. Kim’s mother made Kim promise to never perform magic outside their house. It was a secret for just the two of them.
  
  Kimberly really never understood why there were strange talismans in every corner of her home. Why odd men would visit her mother when her father wasn’t home. It wasn’t until she was already at Hogwarts that Kim finally understood how much her mother did, all the deals she had to make, in order to keep her family safe from a backwards magical community. She thought magic a wonderful thing. She didn’t understand her mother’s secrecy and unwillingness to teach Kim the ways of magic. Kim’s curiosity would be her family’s downfall.
  
  One day, perhaps in resentment towards her mother’s secrecy, her desire to understand simply too great, she peeled off the talismans scattered around their home. The next day, people wearing black cloaks appeared and attacked their family. Confused, Kimberly and her father were taking hostage to prevent her mother from fighting back. It worked. Mei Li Zhou surrendered to the Death Eaters and willingly left with them in exchange for the freedom of her child and husband. Kim never saw her mother again. As for her father, the man was hit with a spell that made him forget everything—her mother, her, everything that transpired since Mei Li Zhou was taken away. It was as if her father had become a stranger.
  
  Kim was given a choice : become a witch and attend Hogwarts or remain as she is, a muggle, and be mind wiped like her father.
  
  With nowhere to go, and feeling utterly alone, Kim spent that night weeping her losses with only the family pet frog, Lord Chan, to keep her company. Satiating her curiosity came with a price, one she hadn’t been prepared to pay. Yet her mother’s final words to her were not forgotten: ‘Be brave. It’ll be okay.’ Mei Li’s confidence as she walked towards her death and the parting smile she left, gave her daughter courage. Kim did not want to forget her mother. She wanted to free her father from the curse inflicted on him. She wanted to understand why her family was targeted. Therefore, Kimberly Li Zhou chose to attend Hogwarts, to join the magical community that tore her family apart, with jaded eyes.
  
  As the daughter of a blood traitor, one who was practically raised muggle, Kim was treated as if she were a muggleborn. A poor sad product of her mother’s mistake. The school served to constantly remind the girl of how evil withes and wizards could be. Even so, with the guidance of Lord Chan, Kim continued to endure and learn with the hopes of one day saving her father and escaping to China where they might find shelter with her mother’s family. Since joining the Hufflepuff House, and learning more about the magical community, she’s discovered some things about herself that her mother had kept hidden from her and became more exposed to magic. Without any parents to look out for her, with her mother being arrested and her father not even knowing who she is, Kim is considered a ward of Hogwarts until her graduation.

backstory: For a vast majority of her life, Alicia felt like she didn't belong. Her mother, turned recluse after her father's imprisonment in Azkaban, barely paid her only child any attention. Her home had never felt quite like home to her, especially because of her distaste for the dark arts. Growing up, she was surrounded by the cruelty and misery that accompanied the dark mark wherever it appeared. Her childhood was spent amongst Death Eaters, watching them plot revenge like the faithful dogs that they were. At first, she didn't understand the world she had been born into, but slowly, throughout the years, everything clicked into place.

She had expected to be sorted into Slytherin. She knew she would have an easier time there, surrounded by the children of parents with similar alignments. Instead, when placed atop her head, the Sorting Hat had declared Gryffindor. Her life as she knew it had ended. Everybody knew her father, the Death Eater who had murdered the McKinnons and no matter how hard she tried to prove to the few people she liked in the house that she was different, her family name always came in the way of friendships like a cursed veil.

So, she made friends with her kind. Pure-blooded folk sorted into the wrong house, all secretly aware of how wrong the world they had been submerged in was, but not aware enough to fight it. At home, upon hearing the news, her mother grew more and more distant, until the day her father escaped from Azkaban. It was the first time she'd ever seen her mother smile. Arduously, she had convinced her parents the sorting hat had done wrong and earned her place in the family and the dark arts. And although mother and daughter never quite fixed their relationship, it was certainly better than before.

Backstory: Rosemary is the youngest child and only daughter of Katharine Hamilton and Horace Hamilton. She has an elder brother, Constantine Hamilton, who is two years her senior. Despite the fact that both of her parents were avid followers of the Dark Lord, they loved their family dearly and they would do anything to protect their children. Most of her parents attention was on her brother, as he was their heir. But, still caring deeply for Rosemary, they tried to make up for what they lacked in attention, with presents and material things, causing her to grow up extremely spoiled. While Rosemary knew her parents loved her, and she loved in return. Rosemary began attending Hogwarts when she turned eleven and she was sorted into Slytherin. She made a few close friends, and sort of formed her own clique. She gained a reputation for being an instigator, teasing muggle-borns, and spreading rumors. After the war, she has become a more brutal in her teasing and in the rumors she spreads. She is much more open with her hatred of those who are not rich, purebloods.

Personality:
Ax’s personality can best be described as…like fire. Passionate, all-consuming, and will burn at the touch, but can also warm the cold and light the way for the lost.

He lives for the thrill of the moment. He drinks. He gambles. He shags pretty girls—or guys. Rarely does he worry about the future, or think about the consequences of his actions. He doesn’t second guess himself. He doesn’t hesitate. Headstrong and willful, Ax drives forward with the edge of a blade that cuts down his opponents…slowly. Alright, so he’s a bit of sadist (Or masochist. I’ll argue he’s both=P) who enjoys prolonging his fights which leads to the second part of his personality.

Ax loves battle. Passion must be met with passion and Ax is the personification of passion. He holds the record of the most number of duels at Hogwarts. And the most number of scandals(usually involving girls). Challenge invigorates him and he’s always been a rather…physical…person. That’s how he sees the world. Ax learns through touch. He learns not by watching, but by doing. It’s not inaccurate to say that Ax is an action sort of man. He needs to experience something to understand it….so, as you can imagine, books aren’t really his thing. He’d much rather pick fights(the magical kind…usually), exercise, and enjoy life with his daredevil/bullying ways.

Spoiled as a child, Ax grew to be quite…rebellious…since he knows he can get away with it. His parents gave him everything and, as a result, Ax lacks a bit when it comes to discipline. He hates being controlled by others and dislikes the Fountain of Life Program which forces him to marry a pureblood. It’s not so much that he believes in the equality of blood, but rather he doesn’t like his future being pre-determined. He has strong faith in himself, which pretty much translates to arrogance. Or extreme pride. Ax is proud of his dark family and their wealth. He looks down on the weak. This much is true…and yet the pride he caries is what kept him from being sorted a Slytherin.

Ax doesn’t cheat. He has too much pride to depend on tricks and unfair tactics to win his duels. He acknowledges strength for what it is, whether it be from muggles, mugglesborns, or any other non-wizarding species and will strive to overcome them with his own skills. Any less is a chip on his pride. One could almost call him noble if he weren’t so much of a jerk, especially when it comes to taking responsibility for his actions. Ax is a straight forward person and, while he can appreciate the cleverness of his Slytherin friends to a certain degree, he also sees their need to hide as a form of weakness. And Ax prides himself for his strength. Sorted into Gryffindor for his daring and nerve, Ax’s redeeming feature lies in his protectiveness when it comes to loved ones and his willingness to die for what he believes in.

Backstory:
Obstinately keeping to their purist traditions, and their dark ancestry, the Selwyn family didn't have much prominence until Voldemort's victory in Britain 3 years ago. For generations, the Selwyn family have served as assassins for the British Magical Community. Producing powerful witches and wizards, their family did the dirty work that not even aurors were allowed to know about. Stuff the ministry wouldn't dare reveal to the public, especially regarding subjugation of certain non-wizarding species including dementors, house elves, etc...but let's not get into that. Best leave it that the Ministry of Magic isn't as wonderful as they pretend to be and Selwyns did their dirty deeds. They were widely feared in certain circles (especially the non-wizarding ones). However, as times change, and the need for violence of the Selwyns decreased, the Ministry put an increasing ban on the use of Dark Magic--the main tool of their trade.

Hence the Selwyns turned to Voldemort. Or, at least, a few of them did. There was still some family members that decided to keep out of the first and second Wizarding War to adopt the wait and see approach...though they did offer their support. Axton's family is from that portion. Despite being the youngest of 3 boys, Axton was left with the burden of carrying on his family name.His eldest brother was bedridden with an incurable magical illness and died young. The second turned out to be a squib, thus could not carry on the Selwyn dark legacy. That left Axton, the last hope of his parents.

Edward and Marilyn Selwyn were simply grateful to have healthy, magical-capable child and lavished Axton with a lot of attention. They showered him with a lot of love while training him to be the next Selwyn heir. Axton had always been a rather wild child. Brash, disobedient, and reckless. He wasn't exactly the ideal heir, but he was all they had, so they loved him regardless. Even if he was sorted into Gryffindor, the boy was a pureblood, magically talented, and had an affinity for the dark arts. That was all that really mattered.

Forced into a role he hadn't really wanted, knowing he had a duty to carry what his brothers couldn't, Axton found freedom in Hogwarts. He allowed himself to let loose. Voldemort's claim of Britain hadn't really affected Axton any. If anything, he grew even more reckless since the Dark Arts had become permissible...and more feared. Both a beater on the Gryffindor Quidditch team and the victor of several International Dueling Competitions, Axton's made a name for himself as a talented sportsman and battler.

backstory: Sam grew up in a loving family, one that was pureblooded but staunchly against the Dark Lord's ideals - perhaps a crime worse than being a mudblood, because this belief of theirs was what got them killed. Sam was pulled out of lessons one day to be informed that his family had died at the hands of death eaters. And so began his deep-seated hatred for Voldermort and anybody who supported his regime of cruelty. He was adopted by his aunt, who had done everything she could to keep her brother from marrying the muggle-loving woman, but not enough. To her, Sam wasn't family. Kira is an exceptionally perceptive girl, who values the pursuit of knowledge above most other things. Usually she is realistic when it comes to her ideas and how she views the world around her, but she has a very vivid imagination. It's just that her logical nature usually manages to restrain her more idealistic views. These somewhat contradicting traits are what help shape her less than sincere personality.

Her cynicism and overall suspicion of the world around her gives her thick skin and the foresight not to trust in anyone but herself, and yet her optimism gives her the ability to look ahead and believe good things can happen. Though, in that same vein, she cares mostly about good things happening to herself, whether or not that means something bad must happen to someone else. She firmly believes that everyone acts in self-interest, whether they're willing to admit it or not, and she knows she is no exception. She will do just about anything it takes to get herself further ahead, as long as it doesn't weigh too heavily on her mind. Which just about anything short of murder won't. While Kira does have a personal set of morals she adheres to, if they're exactly noble or not is debatable. Though most would probably say they aren't.

She is not easily riled by the opinions of other, unless it comes to the subject of her intelligence. For the most part she can laugh insults and petty words off, but when she feels personally slighted, Kira will make it her top priority to get even; of course, it's never in any rush. She'll wait for the right opportunity to present itself and make sure she hurts you in the most inventive of ways. One surefire way to get under her skin is to criticize her or downplay her abilities. She has an intense trepidation of messing up or feeling inferior in public. Her usual vice-like grip on her emotions and subsequent reactions are lost when this happens; her normally controlled temper flaring.

Kira is a normally open-minded person, as she likes to hear all the facts before coming to conclusions. However, once she does form an opinion on something you'd be hard-pressed to get her to change her stance. Not to say that she won't look at things from a different perspective or someone's else's view, just that she'll consider her own conclusion to be far superior. She also has a habit of refusing to entertain any idea or believe it if it isn't backed by any solid proof she can study herself to come to her own judgement. Conversely, she does enjoy entertaining ideas that are farfetched and would possibly never happen, such as hypothetical situations, and speculate about the outcomes. Though she likes to do most of her thinking internally, preferring her own intellectual company, she does like to propose what-if questions to the people around her, in order to gauge other people's thought processes. Doing this is just one way to relive her usually incessant boredom.

Despite being a naturally introverted person, no one would ever assume it. Kira is a deceptively good liar. Consequently, she is a great actor. She can easily read people, and use her allure to ingratiate herself to them. People would probably never expect anything but good intentions and honesty from her, much to their naivety. She's not sure when she learned to put on a fake face that could fool even herself, at times, but imagines it was from spending her entire life studying the people around her and trying to make sense of why they did certain things and reacted certain ways. Her first year at Hogwarts, after being sorted into Ravenclaw instead of the expected Slytherin, Kira quickly learned that while she was undeniably talented and smart, good looks and charisma could get you so much further, faster. So she took to studying students of the Slytherin house, and learned to emulate the more extroverted ones. By her second year, she had created a new persona for herself, though relying more so on being approachable and friendly than mocking and derisive. It's this easygoing and cheerful Kira that everyone knows, rather than the dispassionate, opportunist willing to step on others without a moment's hesitation if it's able to get her what she needs that she really is.

Backstory:​

Born to a British Wizard and American Witch, both of whom came from supposed pure bloodlines, Kira traveled back and forth a lot. In her early years, though she was born in the US, her mother and father decided to raise her in England, a decision that Kira's mother had begrudgingly conceded to in order to please her husband's family. However, neither of her parents had realized just how taxing their personal pride for their own origins would be. While Kira's father reveled in teaching her about her paternal family's great history, her mother liked to take her on extended trips to the states, much to her father's dismay, to show her the maternal side of her heritage. After a few years of this, when Kira was around the age of 7, her mother and father came to a mutual agreement. Their marriage was not the most stable, something which they had both known after around the first two years, and so for the sake of their sanity they decided to separate. Of course divorce was out of the question, both knowing how important saving face and having a good reputation was. Instead they agreed it was best to keep it secret and claim her move back to America for a while was an attempt to open their child to different cultures, especially her mother's own.


After the move back to America, for three years Kira was fully immersed into her mother's side of the wizarding world. While life there seemed a bit busier, she also found the lack of notions about blood purity relieving. She had never really carried the same beliefs about blood status as her father and his extended family, except to the extent of muggles or No-Majs. She regularly kept in contact with her father, and she and her mother spent all holidays with him in England, but quickly assimilated to Wizarding life in her new home. Even before she was old enough to have a wand, she spent countless hours studying her mother's favorite subject, Herbology. It quickly became her favorite, as well.

Due to her parents influence, Kira was often homeschooled by some of the best witches and wizards. Her favorite teacher happened to be her mother's closest friend, Kira's godmother, whom she came to revere as the greatest witch in recent history. The woman was well-versed in all things magical and mundane, but specialized in animals, plants, and potion-making. She quickly became a sort-of makeshift parent-figure in Kira's life, despite her already having two loving parents. It was she who would take her wand-shopping before attending Hogwarts.

On her tenth birthday, Kira's parents decided it was best that she and her mother move back to England with her father, much to Kira's disappointment. She had assumed she would attend school in America, though her father had always made it clear how important it was for her to continue the family legacy by being accepted into Hogwarts and sorted into Slytherin. About a month before her 11th birthday, she received her Hogwarts acceptance letter, to her father's delight and everyone's presumption that it was a given. In celebration, Kira's father promised her any one gift she desired, no matter the expense, on her birthday. Instead, she held onto that promise until the week she would start Hogwarts, requesting that she be allowed to purchase her wand not from Ollivanders, but from a renowned wandmaker in America. Reluctantly, he held his word, as all respectable wizards do, and allowed it. Soon after, her mother and she used their ministry approved portkey to travel to their home in America. There, Kira's godmother offered to take her to see renown wandmaker Shikoba Wolfe. Unfortunately, while there, she found no wands resonated with her as she had been told would be the case when a match was found. Instead, they visited wandmaker Thiago Quintana, where she very quickly found her ideal wand. With permit laws no longer existing, it was an easy ordeal to return to England and start wizarding school soon after.

Years later, after the results of the War, Kira's mother attempted to flee from England, Voldemort, and his followers. Despite having not done much overtly in support of Voldemort, with the sudden fear of repercussions of having not taken a stance with the Death Eaters earlier, Kira's father caught his wife and reported her attempt of so-called treason. To Kira it was the biggest betrayal, having been taught family always came first. Her mother was taken, and presumably 'punished' for her treason. Since her return to Hogwarts, and her father's newfound open support of 'The Dark Lord' both vocal and monetary, Kira has learned to conceal her true feelings about the new regime and keep them to herself.

Skylar has always had a rebellious air about her ever since she was a young girl. Never being one for conformity, she had gone about living her life the way she chooses never caring about the opinions of others. She is friendly, full of energy and has a bad habit of daydreaming or zoning out in class or whatever else she finds boring. Skye is also the type to act without thinking everything through. Skylar is not afraid to speak her mind either but that knows how to sugarcoat it in the wrong crowd. Backstory:
Unlike most purebloods, Skylar and her family have lived in their small muggle neighborhood ever since she could remember. She had muggle friends, went to a muggle school, and live a very normal mundane life up until she was 8. There was nothing odd about that to her for the most part, after all, thats how her parents raised her. When her older brother, Holden, showed examples of magic as a child her parents were overjoyed but considered it a fluke for the most part. With both of Skye's parents being squibs, the couple found it unlikely that any of their children would be magical, so they had decided that until or if their children showed any magic they'd live as a muggle so they wouldn't be as lost as they were.

When Skye first started showing signs of magic, it was summer and the first thing she did was run to show her brother what she could do. She was super ecstatic that could be just like her sibling she looked up to. At that time he was happy for her too, even deciding to show the girl a simple charm, rules are damned. However, that day Skye ended up stealing Holden's wand later on that day exploding one of the kitchen cabinets. When her parents found the aftermath of the diberis, the didn't know whether to be happy that their daughter could magic or be upset at the mess and Holden by extension. Ever since then, when she started school she always had made a habit of showing Holden whatever she learned, even to his annoyance

Fastfowarding forwarding a couple years, during the year of terror when Voldemort had begun to take over, was one of the few times that she was genuinely scared for her family. She knew that her parents were considered less than desirable by Voldemort and always worried about their safety. She still finds it pleasantly surprising that her parents made it through the war in the first place. Despite everything, they and Holden decided the would bet everything on Harry. They just believed that hope and what was right would prevail. They were wrong. Holden died fighting for the DA, making her family be considered blood traitors for his sacrifice. A badge that she wears with honor.

As broken up she was and still is at her brother's death she refused to let him die in vain and wants to keep his legacy alive as long as she can.​

Backstory:
Mercy was born as the sixth child in the main house branch of the house of Vinera. as such she was often forgotten about or dismissed as unworthy. Mercy often spent most of her life in Italy, alone. Her aunt , often called her "little ghost" as she went unnoticed when she was in the room. it was a cruel nickname meant to remind her she would be nothing more and nothing less than that.
