Yes! I actually didn't put much for him yet cause Vera is more talkative than he is!

Neno, despite how he looks and how much of a delinquent he is, is very intelligent and clever. He's more vindictive than Vera, if that's even possible? He's basically the brain and Vera is the brawns.

So he kinda moves people like a chess piece how he pleases and basically schemes a lot.

The thing with Zara is that she is quite nice very deep down but her ambition and ego definitely get in the way
