Hell is paradise compared to these parts. A dog eat dog world.
Outlaws and bandits running amok. Not a day goes by without a building burned to the ground or town pillaged as the citizens cower away in their cellars. Worst of all is the Four Riders.Death, Pestilence, War and Famine. Called that oh so affectionately by the locals for their levels of destruction. Bout akin to myths of the ancients of same named beings who destroyed the world once. Only the most steeled, or maybe stupid, dare even cross paths with them on a good day for the sweet bounty over their heads. Hardly even any lawmen will try to go toe to toe with any one of em. It's a fools game to play around with fate like that.
A good old western post apocalyptic roleplay! with a dash of steampunk thrown in for flare! This forum has started but only by a few posts. Following the rein of terror caused by a group called the Four Riders and the infestation of many other both minor and major groups of bandits and outlaws throughout the land. When all was its worst with them at full power. The time of full on chaos in the Wastes before there was action fully taken against them by the big capital cities.
Note: We do already have the characters of Famine and War for the four riders. but Pestilence/Plague and Death are still open spots currently.
