UH, well, I'm not familiar with the city Sioux Falls, but we're currently on a mainstreet during the first few days of rioting. Which is a mess of military, living and the undead. You can guess whos winning that battle. Archie, is looking out for decent survivors who just need a ride and managed to pick up Melanie, but is still on the look out for friendly faces
) They're trying to get out of the city, but both currently are mobile

I figured we can't all be complete badasses in a zombie apocalypse so I made an extremely normal character: a white-collar single dad.
Also, kind of same with the bad guys issue. Actually, same goes for the other Jason Statham movies. :0 I get too focused on Jason Statham to even pay attention to who/what he's fighting against.

Hmmm... Don is currently driving with no direction of where to go exactly. You guys are in a truck, right? Maybe we could run into one another (not the violent car crash kind, but the "oh hello fellow drivers" kind) and just decide to stick together?

Let's say a massive horde coming from the centre of the city is sweeping outwards and we're all being driven to a certain point due to the sheer mass of infected? Like, we can get conveniently cornered in a subway or something.
Or maybe the military is stopping people from leaving and we have to band together to break through? If I'm honest, I think being forced to survive in a zombie infested city will be harder and much more fun and interesting. >

OH, you know what we could do,
The military could be stopping people from leaving, and dropping napalm/airstrikes, to attempt burning the infection out. It'll make it interesting to mix the ideas together. We could even lead a giant horde into the military and attempt getting out. Throwin' ideas about

I think a bit later in the RP I'm going to make a new CS for one of Melanie's brothers and throw him into the fray, see what comes of it. Because she never saw him die, she just assumed.

Hmmm... these are actually great ideas for a driving point of the story. Maybe we'll build up to them since the characters are still easing into their situations..?

^^ Yes, but we do need SOME plot early on or people will get bored and the rp will die. How about we all receive a military radio message saying to come to a certain point in the city. However this is just a trap to make us lure a horde of zombies into the area so they can napalm it. Includes all ideas plus brings us all together and gives us time to get there and ease into the situation. In my opinion this is the best solution to the problem. : )

And if we all survive the fake distress call, we trudge on looking for someplace to stay and we find a small camp where we see a guy who acts and behaves like the 'Governor' from TWD. Just throwing ideas about.

I feel it's still too early in the rp for anyone to die. Realistically, its possible, but since we just started I would hate to lose anyone. We could always bring in some NPC's that we could kill off for the first while.
But, then again, it is the GM's decision. @HumansArentReal
I do like the governor idea! Like it seems like a nice place at first and we're chill with it, then he starts getting a little crazy.
