Dragons can speak? if so human or like Draconian?

they are capable of speaking any humanoid dialect or dragon dialect. most dragons are bilingual in their dragon language and alluumnian (the main language of alluum).

Hey, I'm trying to figure out the appearence of my character. However I need to know what kind of world is this (The wiki seems to have mentioned that the modern era is over?) and whats the clothing style?

ahh the modern era was just the name of time, like how we have ad and bc; they have the stone era, modern era and dragon era. xD


ANYWAY, the world is what i call ultramodern. it's modern with futuristic elements, so while there aren't airplanes or anything like that, they have hovercraft and cars and holovision and the internet ect ect. the clothing style is similar to modern day, probably something like the 80s/90s aesthetic currently if you wanna be really "in" with your character's fashion q:
