Well, Imaji would not do a weakly tea session with a human, so she most likely knows of who he is. And due to the fact he freed them, she see´s him as somebody who does not fear what he does not understand, who wants freedom and not war. That opposes what she sees in humans and therefore, he is not human to her. He is "nice".

Makes sense. Really anyone who's watched the news in this world or even took a glance at a newspaper would know who he was. You got the 'does not fear what he does not understand' part correct. If any feral creature attempts to confront him he will simply smile before bitchslapping them down the street.

Yes, he would. Any language specific to a race he would understand. It's gonna be a little funny to see their reaction when he responds to them speaking in said language.

For feral or rather, quadruped creatures. Will they be more like pets? Also for the humanoids, do they need to hide their true form or are humans accepting of them?

Good question. The feral and/or quadruped creatures don't necessarily have to be like pets. An example of a quadrupedal non-feral creature would be my second character in the CS, Karan. For the humanoid ones, no, they wouldn't have to hide their true form. The way I am using the term 'humanoid' is that the creature has a human-like body shape. This doesn't mean that they can't have the crazy stuff like the scales, wings, and tail of a draconian, it just means that their body shape has some resemblance to a human's.
