Stephen smiled politely under the helmet, realizing that he was not having a conversation with a native English speaker. He lifted one weight and shook it lightly, then pointing down the hallway that she was facing before she got knocked over.


"These go that way?"


He tried his hardest to not sound condescending, his posture being very relaxed and casual. Yet the crackling feedback of his speakers still adding his usual characteristic coldness.

Chisaki nodded. "I- I was carrying them to the medbay." She said. For some reason she felt very uncomfortable around Stephen. Maybe it was because she couldn't see his face or hear his real voice.

Daniel finds Aaron at the corridor and approaches noticing that Aaron is creeping he whispers "hey Arron what the fuck are you doing?"

Aaron whispers to himself "stop talking, someone approaches" Aaron turns around "looking for Cam...he's gone rogue I think,either that or he's doing some weird snooping around"

Daniel surprised keeps quiet and goes inside a box behind Arron

Aaron walks back the way he came and goes outside and stares at the gate "it's an endless expanse nothingness out there, I could go it alone and destroy the reapers" he laughs "I'm a weakling and it shows, they probably laugh at me for it, I wouldn't blame them to be honest" all at once anger comes over him and he punches a wall, his hand wrapped in threads "maybe Cam is right, we got these cores but we have no idea who runs the show...No, don't think like that, if you continue to fight alongside Weave you'll be rewarded for it" Aaron sighs "who am I even talking to? That's not my voice...and yet, it's in my head"

"Aaron are you ok?" Daniel says as he hops out of the box and walks towards him noticing Aaron punched a wall "Arron snap out of it" Daniel says as he gets closer to Arron

Aaron shakes his head "I think I may have lost the plot"

Aaron punches Daniel, his face is pale white and his eyes are blood red "I'm fine...just a bit of a headache" he grabs his head "what is this? I need to find Cam, he's up to something"

(Finally back xD ) After having the shit of his life, Cam comes out from the bathroom. He glances back and forth through the hallways. He then eventually goes down until he reaches the main level. He ends up in one of the hallways, not exactly sure of what to do at first. Revnoir. He has to know something about this. Cam thinks to himself as he walks through the door to Revnoir's office or whatever. He approaches Revnoir, "Hey, I have some questions." His tone of voice was moderate, despite what he just witnessed a moment before.

Aaron looks around "I need to find him and stop him before he does something to jeopardise this place" Aaron runs inside and begins yelling "Cam! Where are you?!"

Cam somehow hears a faint voice, but can't make out whose it is. He can barely make out the words themselves either, but he could definitely tell that someone was yelling. He looks back towards Revnoir, "Um, never mind, I'll tell you later." He mutters as he walks out of the room and begins to follow the voice.

Cam somehow hears a faint voice, but can't make out whose it is. He can barely make out the words themselves either, but he could definitely tell that someone was yelling. He looks back towards Revnoir, "Um, never mind, I'll tell you later." He mutters as he walks out of the room and begins to follow the voice.

"Cam, come on out, it's over..." he looks at his hands and shakes "what is this feeling? Why can I hear another voice?" He shakes his head "I'll ask the higher ups about possible side effects of having a core if i ever see one kf them"

Cam ends up approaching the two (Wherever you guys are rn). "Hey, I heard yelling. You guys okay?" Cam questioned, just about completely forgetting about the argument between Aaron and him which had occurred earlier.

Aaron in a brief rage punches Cam, his claw connecting with Cam's lower jaw "you've done something you shouldn't have! Haven't you?"

Goodrich nodded and held the weights close to his chest, his hand taking her shoulder and gently guiding her in front of him. They were facing the medbay now before he spoke. She could see the shadow of his figure over her shoulder and on the ground at her feet.


"Let us go then."

Daniel shocked uses his skills in hand to hand combat grabs Arron's arm and flips him over Daniels shoulder now pinning Arron he asks why he punched cam

He stumbles back a bit, the inside of his mouth bleeding. He spits out blood to the side and glares back towards Aaron, "What... The hell... Are you talking about?" He mutters in a somewhat cold tone.

Aaron counters Daniel's grapple and uses his threads to hold him against the wall "Cam, don't lie to me, you've done something you shouldn't have, I can tell your face is pale, like someone's just been killed, or you've seen a ghost"

"Agh Arron snap out of it he didn't do anything!" Daniel says as he pulls out his magnum and shoots the threads with armor piercing rounds

Having been on one knee thanks to Aaron's punch, Cam slowly stood up, his body looking as if it was a statue. "Something horrible happened here Aaron. I'm not going to go into details, but I will say one thing: torture." He pauses for a brief moment, "People here aren't as all nice as you think they are. In fact, the only people I trust right now is Asilia and Xillia. Everyone else I see as a threat, including you."

Revnoir had been sitting there, staring at him the whole time. He kept sipping his coffee, even as the man ran out of his office. He looked pretty... Fed up.

In fact, the only people I trust right now is Asilia and Xillia. Everyone else I see as a threat, including you."

Aaron goes wide eyed "Me? A threat? I've been trying to save your ass, if the top dog finds out you went snooping he'll kill you, literally" Aaron cracks his neck
