Fantasy Reaper: Reboot

(Its fine)

Mashoon noticed him writing and read the paper. "I guess Revnoir will decide, but I would join squad 3 if I were you."

Revnoir held up his index finger, signaling for Dante to wait a minute. "alright, now that we're done waiting for the two rebels, I can tell you that were being sent out on a mission. It's a few hours off, and eighteen civilians have been spotted. All three of our squads, and the medic squad, are being sent out. Even the recruits, yes." He didn't look too pleased about the announcement, scowling and crossing his arms. "Any questions, ask now."

dante tilted his head at the announcement. he had only just stumbled into the place and was already being sent out to do something. on another note he was lucky someone had a pen and paper on their person. he thought maybe he should start carrying a small note pad and pen with him. he also notice the quality of his handwriting was... terrible to say the least. at least compared to the doctors hand writings on the clipboards they always had. he could barely even read his own hand writing. he guessed he should practice that too.

Cam, overhearing this, gets off of the couch and stands with a concerned look, "Wait, already? Aren't we supposed to do some sort of training first?" Cam could... almost take care of himself, but still felt uneasy about going on a mission so soon. At least he wouldn't be the only one there though.

Asilia grinned wickedly for a moment. So father was right. And she knew her father would show up. The humans and weavers would get what's comming to the..

James grinned. "Finally. I was wondering when anything would happen." He said. "If you want, I can move now and scout." He said.

Skye watched and listened to the conversation going on around her, just sinking into the couch. So they were going out on a mission with no training. Fantastic, "When're we leaving?" She asked.

Still staring blankly and not quite at anyone or anything, Leah was paying only about half a mind to words that were being spoken, but almost as soon as the word 'mission' was heard she seemed to wake up, like a dusty computer's screen brightening from a low-power slumber. Her gaze flickered around the room as if searching for the speaker, and eventually bounced around from Revnoir to Cam, then James, Jack, and finally on Skye. She simply let her eyes wander with the conversation, and after a moment of hesitation opened her mouth to speak for the first time as of yet. Leah had probably been unnoticed by most, her entry during the small quarrel between the shadow and metal weaver had kept attention from her, and her silence had done nothing to disturb that.

'Why take the untrained on a mission? Whole squads, even of well-trained members have gone missing, it's been said.' She paused for a moment before continuing.

'Elite squads, trained to fight these ghouls' --What Leah frequently called the Reapers-- 'Slaughtered absolutely. How many enemies must they have been facing at once to be overpowered so dramatically?' Her expression found no alteration other than a tilt of her head and the small lift of an eyebrow, in such a way that seemed to question if the Reapers themselves had been acting alone, or if they had begun to... evolve?

(Your
Reaper has evolved... into a [ spoiler ]!)

dante turned to the voice, still holding his note up for revnior to see, apparently this person knew something or another about how harsh the world outside was. but who was this person. he had not even noticed she was there, not like he was paying any attention. he turned back to revnior with a discontent look in his eyes and pointed back at the note. as if urging him to read it.

"We leave tomorrow as early as we can. And I understand some of you are probably worried about the lack of training. Since we're in a large group, it shouldn't be as bad as it could be." He completely ignored James, scowling. "You'll be able to train among yourselves until we leave, or you can rest, but I won't be available to help anyone not that any of you want my help since I have to prepare a few things for tomorrow." He then turned to Dante. "You'll be in my Squad. I'm surprised you weren't given one, but I'll be sure to do the paperwork after the mission."

"If there's no more questions, I'll be getting to that... Paperwork... Tch, paperwork... " He moved to leave, but his movements were slow to give the chance to anyone who had a question to ask it.

Asilia's sharp eyes focused on him. "Do you think he will apear?" She asked. Her tone serious and inquisitive.

His eyes are directed towards Asilia with a confused look, "Who's 'he'?" He questions in a half confused half serious tone.

"Think who will appear?" Revnoir looked back at the girl, eyes narrowed. He just then noticed that her hair color was different, but he decided not to question. It was possible that he simply saw it in a strange light.

dante moved back over to the girl who had given him the jacket he wrote something on the paper and showed it to her it read one simple word "name?"

"I heard there is a man who single handedly took out some of the squads here.... Long white hair with a scar over his eye....?" She said.

"Oh, you're talking about Tsukiborodo. Yeah, he took out a few Squads, so what? The guy's stuck up, thinking he's all high and mighty. He can't even manage to take out Squad 2, let alone could he have taken Squad 1. He won't be a problem." Revnoir chuckled at the mention of Aura. The guy wasn't as strong as people thought he was. Revnoir adopted a confident grin as he stared at the girl.

"He shouldn't be too much of a problem. He can probably overpower us, but I doubt he's smart enough to outmatch us overall." He says as he stares coldly into the woman's eyes, growing a slight suspicion in the back of his head, but he ignored it. He looked back towards Revnoir, seeing if the man himself could respond with something better and more on-topic than he did.

"I have to disagree....... I saw a bunch of reapers on my way here.... They were running from a white haired man... He had on a long coat..... Could that have been him?" Asilia asked. She had to fight to hide her sly grin. She barely succeeded.

Skye looked at the woman who asked about 'him', whoever that was. They were talking about some guy named Aura, but Skye was pretty new here and didn't know him. Then the guy wearing her sweater came over to her. She read the paper asking for her name and she looked up at him, "My name's Skye." she said, "What about you?" she asked, tilting her head inquisitively.

"Well who else would it be? Look, if you're gonna piss your pants over it just tell me and we'll leave you behind. What the hell do you want me to say, that we're calling off the mission? That those civilians can die for all I care? That instead of save lives, we'll cower in our overly fancy base and cry?"

His face of confidence turned to a frown for a split second, but he countered, "Listen, if you're afraid of him, you can stay behind, and the rest of us will take care of him... If he shows up, that is."

" Well i'm not scared of him so I vote we just go without the scardy cats." He said rather bored. Although he was excited for his first mission in a squad.
