Reira nodded and Chisaki walked out of the medbay. She headed towards the training room to look for some light wights.
"So you like moving around. I guess you never studied anything advanced then." She said teasingly as she sat on the bed.

Aaron looks at her and tilts his head "anything more advanced? What does that mean?"

"No just curious what is behind the door?"

"What's behind that door is off limits to you, and I suggest you don't waste your time. I do apologize for my men's disrespect, though. I hope you can forgive them." The man's silver eyes were ruthless and frightening. He wasn't a normal man, obviously.

Stephen had fallen into a boring and monotonous routine. Wake up, shower, eat, maintain--it seemed to never end. However, he learned to love the small excitement of everyday. He has seen Aaron slowly recover, and begin to really open up to the two sisters, whom he held a high respect for. Although, despite the small excitement, he still felt largely inactive especially compared to the excitement he expected from being transferred to such a big base.


He spent most of his time now daydreaming about how his services could be used as he strutted through the tile-clad floors of the base. His feet made a distinct clanging sound as armor struck ceramic. Thus, any keen ears could distinguish him from other steps, which he hoped would one day be the feature people search him out for.


Now if only he was charismatic enough for someone to search for him in the first place. All this time here and he has yet to make any acquaintances. He felt more alone here than at the desolate outpost in the far north. At least he had the snow to appreciate up there.


And the snow is what he will now daydream of.

Aaron laughs "I wasn't the best student when it came to maths, science however, that's one of my favourite subjects"

Aaron lifts his head and smiles "I guess it's because you care for me when no one else would, also you can match my levels of energy without having to try" he laughs "you're a good person, not many of those left in this world if I'm honest"

What Aaron said to Reira made her blush even more. She was always told that she was nerdy because she was studying so hard to become a nurse. She chose the path even though she could have become a doctor but she never liked to be the leader.
