Fantasy Reaper 3: Final March

Aura walked up behind Yulier. He saw the forlorn look on her face. Slowly, he walked up, knelt down behind her and wrapped her into a warm loving hug.

As Yato calme down, his threads retracted. He was relieved. He knelt down next to Leah, with a joyful smile across his face. "I'm a Phoenix Light Weaver now Leah..." He embraced Leah tenderly. It was somewhat like a tackle. He snuggled close to her. He needed comfort. Or he needed to comfort someone.

(Sry was taking a nap. Writings more exhausting than you'd think...)

Yulier did nothing as he hugged her, only keeping her eyes ahead as tears started streaming down her face. It was warm, but it wasn't like it was five years ago. Or maybe she had forgotten what it was like so long ago? Or... She had just never noticed how fake everything was.

Yulier said nothing as she stayed completely still. Her eyes were locked on to the scenery ahead of her, her face devoid of expression. She showed no reaction to Aura, but inside her mind was going berserk trying to find if she was just imagining Aura's love before.

Leah gasped, catching a breath that she inevitably knew would be squished out of her. She tried to hug Yato back and would have laughed if she could because her arms were pinned to her sides. 'Cool..!' She managed, then gave up on speaking and wriggled a bit in his arms to snuggle closer to him.

Found snowflake, she decided.

"You have been so.... Distant.... Lately..... It makes me sad but I understand...... I'm not the same as I use to be. You probably don't even believe it to realy be me...... I wish I could have been there with you...... And Asilia. I am the worlds worst husband ever. I know this...... But I still wish to make it up to you..... Even if it takes me till I die....." Aura said. His face was full of the emotion it had five years ago.

"Can you leave?.." Kirsa asked, but it sounded more like a demand. All she wanted at this moment was to be alone.

(So.... Many... 5-dotted pauses...)

Yulier turned her head slightly to at least acknowledge that she was listening. "I just want it to be like it was back then..." Her voice trailed off as she pressed her back against him. She quickly wiped the tears away with her sleeve, sniffling. "It's not your fault, really. I'm sorry..."

"I will not. I am what causes you pain...... And yet you can't be without me....less you feel pain. This brings me great sorrow." Aura said. His eyes had started to watter up.

"N...yeah.... Okay....." Aura said. He let go of her and backed up. He continued to back up until his feet we off the bridge and he fell over the side.

Yulier had watched him back up, and the second he fell she was right there at the edge extending her threads to catch him. It caught the other's arm, and she struggled not to fall over the edge with him. "Aura..! Don't do this again!" She sounded more annoyed than worried. Honestly, she knew he wouldn't die from a fall of that height, she just didn't want to let him get hurt and make her take care of him.

Aura chuckled and pulled her to him. He kissed her deeply and leaned off the edge, making them fall into a soft hammock of his threads.

Yulier shrieked when they fell, and clung to Aura even after they landed on the hammock. She was shaking violently, having now buried her face in Aura's chest.
