Fantasy Reaper 3: Final March

"Hopelessness is part of what makes you stronger. Fear is not evil. Fear let's us know where we are weak. Once we know where we are weak, we can work towards making ourselves stronger." Reznos said.

"What the hell... Why is it coming back... Why now... Fuck!" Yato slightly yelled. He was sprawled out on the floor. He woke up from the memory. He covered his ears and curled up into a ball. Yet again. He was lonely. No warmth. No love. No Leah? Yato's pupil slowly shrank. His madness took over. But crying suddenly took the insanity away.

Amelia nodded, then let Chamomile claw her way up her sweater and rest on her shoulder, clinging to Amelia's scarf. She turned to leave as well, and over her other shoulder called back, 'Thanks for finding her! I was worried she had found one of the sins.' Her head was tilted at an awkward angle so that she could still see were she was going, and went to retrieve her things from where she had left them. The awkwardness didn't linger about her at all, she didn't have enough social experience to care that much about an awkward conversation after it was over. That was the second person she had spoken to in several months, the first being Aura, and even then that was days ago. On her way back to her room, she was already joking with Chamomile again, giggling with her mews and smiling with her purrs.

Günther sighed. "It's not fear. It's the feeling of uselessness. I haven't done anythign useful since Arya died." He said.

Revnoir slowly made his way towards the exit of the fortress, finding the bridge. He took countless steps away from the massive building, his face completely blank. It took some time before he found himself at the edge of a forest. It was silver, coated with a soft layer of snow. A silver forest.

Günther nodded. "Thank you." He said before turning around to walk to the medical wing.

( And I'm off to sleep now )

Revnoir jumped in surprise at the scream, pulling him out of his thoughts. He broke into a dash, arriving at the scene in a matter of seconds. He saw a girl, with Reapers clawing to rip her apart. It wasn't long before he had removed 3 Grunts' Cores with slight difficulty. They were dead, lying on the ground without a sound. The snow fell ontop of them, slowly forming their not-so-deep grave. He turned to the girl, his scythe slowly disappearing into Threads. "Are you alright?" He looked surprisingly calm.

The girl looked up at Revnoir with bright green eyes before they rolled into the back of her head and she passed out. Their was a gash down the front of her chest.

zen skidded to a stop after his 150th lap around the base. his legs were numb and he was dripping with sweat. he was without a shirt as it was soaking wet from running so much."running around this place felt like running around he entire world" said zen as he stood catching his breath.

Revnoir's eyes widened as she fell, and he quickly moved to catch her. He picked her up bridal style and hurried back to the new base. He hadn't even noticed she was injured, it was all moving so fast. Even if they were only grunts, Revnoir's mind left out the details of everything. His thoughts made way for his experiences, letting his mind whirl with what was going on. It felt like an instant by the time he got to the medical wing. His thoughts didn't tell him what he was supposed to do, so he just lay her down in one of the beds and went looking for a doctor. There may have been some in the room, but his mind didn't pick up on it. It was working on something that nobody had any idea of.

Revnoir kept looking around for a doctor or even for something to fix the wound himself. He missed everything, passing by a tray of tools that he didn't know how to use. He frantically paced around the room, muttering something under his breath like a madman. His mind raced without thoughts for fuel, leaving him absent minded and full of crazy ramblings of a crazy person. He didn't even notice the girl woke up.

zen did a small stretch "now what...krev still hasn't come to me about a duel and i don't know what anyone else is doing" he sighed pacing back and forth "wait...where did i leave my shirt" he asked himself aloud

Leah was still leaning over the edge, and anyone with even the most minor sensitivity to heights would become light-headed at just seeing her, her feet planted into the snow about the only thing that kept her from tumbling over. With a somewhat disappointed feeling, she maneuvered back behind the battlements and began again to wander, tracking a bit of snow into the castle. Almost as soon she she reentered, she heard a rather loud swear, breaking her from her dull stupor. Another breakdown, another recovery. Again, again, the same, the same...

She growled at herself. She already had had time to contemplate over death and pointlessness, leave that for later.

Soon, she found Yato, whimpering, on the ground. Instantly, her expression flashed through surprise, concern, and a couple of other things, finally ending again with worry. She scrambled onto her knees in front of Yato,
'Hey-- What-- What's wrong..?'

"Why... Why... Why am I useless..." Yato cried. His ears were covered and his eyes were closed. It was something he has ever shown. Something he will never show. Well, want to, anyways.

Useless..? Damn, he was starting to sound like Revnoir when he was about to kill himself... Not a very positive thought. Nope.

Leah took him carefully by the wrists, trying to move his hands from over his ears. She was both confused and worried-- this whole somebody-that-wasn't-her-freaking-out thing was a bit new, more often than not it was her who was shivering in the corner.

Just like her sister, before she was...

She inwardly hissed at herself. Not now..!

"Don't throw me out please! I want to play with my siblings still!" Yato said when Leah took him by the wrist. He was still in the memory. He couldn't escape.

Upon returning to her room, Amelia began planning arrangements for little Chamomile. Based on the general area she had determined the weaver's new base to be (of course, with potential inaccuracies of a margin she'd rather not disclose), it would be a several-day trip, even if she could find a snowmobile or something stowed away in the glass maze. After all, she had to leave only one day into the trip that the weavers had embarked on.

She worried over if she should entrust the kitten's care to someone, or simply set out a large bowl of kitty snacks... Though, she was afraid that if she left her without care, someone less than trustworthy (who, to her, was everyone) might endanger her. If the local legends were correct, then at one point, a sin had eaten a whole
dog. Though unsure who, that was absolutely not a risk she was willing to dangle over a kitten's head.

Leah's mind was racing... What did he mean? Was he hallucinating? Perhaps like she did often... And even if he was, how could she help him? What if he wasn't hallucinating? Damn, what was wrong?

'Yato, come on! Now I'm useless..! What is it? Please, just... what the hell is wrong?' The half-healed burn on her hand stung, but still she took her hands over his and tried to move them away. She was silently cursing herself. Was she as far-gone as this each time she lost herself..?

(Fiiiiiiiiiiinally, I reply. :\)

"I wish they were here with me..." Yato finally awoke. He opened his eyes. First thing he saw was Leah. He suddenly bursted into tears. He hugged Leah suddenly. He sobbed and cried. "I wish Kano, Kazuto, and Ruby were here... But I want to become powerful first... As the Eldest... As the Fourth"
