Fantasy Reaper 3: Final March
From behind her, Kirsa heard the curdling growls of the Wraiths. She tried her best to run as fast as her heels could take her, which probably weren't much help. Most Weavers would be able to fight back with the use of their threads, however Kirsa, being the inexperienced rookie, couldn't. In the past, she even struggled to control her Water Threads, but now with these new Wraith Threads Aura had given everyone.. what was she to do? Run. Just run. That was all she could think of. Kirsa opened her mouth to cry out to her lover, her hero, her savior.. but all she could do was whimper. Revnoir? Help me. Help me!! She pleaded for him, her eyes filling with tears as a glimpse of their glowing crimson eyes came into view. Was it her time to die? Was this god's way of finishing her story? Would history repeat itself like for her parents?
"REVNOIR!" Kirsa hollered out as her small frame collapsed into the hard dirt.

(Wait... Gale put Rev's eyes out? Ow...)

Having thrown herself into the fray and not having found a weaver to kill yet, Leah heard a cry from the outskirts of the battlefield and turned suddenly, intending to follow it. Sprinting and occasionally dodging through the crowds of Wraiths reminded her of the event, five years prior... She had just joined weave that day before she was stuck to the infirmary with wounds from several reapers, primarily one very irritated Leviathan. Thankfully though, this time she was fighting alongside them, not against them in the rather hopeless odds. Sure, at one point she had sympathized with Weave, but that was when she was losing her mind.

Quickly, she came upon a small blonde-haired girl who was curled up in the dirt, a few wraiths anxiously following the brown-haired girl, excitement to kill in their glowing eyes. Pitiful. Had Aura given even the most rookie of weavers threads of a Wraith? He was dumber than she thought. Actually, she found herself a little jealous of the girl who could just turn tail and flee.

Leah went to drag Kirsa to her feet by her hair, but one of the Wraiths moved past her to stop. The other turned on Leah.

After several minutes, she was standing over the body of the thing. Now she was bleeding rather badly and there were a few things that would leave scars, but still.

The second wraith had watched the fight, wondering exactly why the Sin would have moved to help the weaver. Was it out of her demented sense of humor, wanting to help in order to make the killing more fun? No time to wonder, now Leah and the second wraith were tangled in battle, though the wraith soon began winning.

Revnoir stared in Aura's general direction, still not quite used to the no-eyes thing just yet. It would take a while longer for that. Revnoir stepped to follow Aura, hoping childishly that Galenoir would just let him leave. He knew exactly what Galenoir would do, but he decided to try anyway. It was better than looking like a traitor.

Galenoir grabbed Revnoir by the back of the shirt and pulled him back. "Ooooh no no no, you're not backing out are you?" He growled to his brother, then looked at Aura. "And you're not going anywhere, you're not the only one who had their eyes on some prey. How selfish of you."

"Revnoir come on. We are done here. The enemy we came to kill has died." Aura said as he turned to walk away.

'My question wasn't answered.'

Irritated now, Amelia had assumed anyway that it wasn't the Tsukiborido giving orders. The bumbling idiot, she assumed, was to kill him but they all should have known it was impossible for that to happen. She looked to the one other person besides the two, thinking that if he wasn't for Weave, then hey, common enemy.

She pointed on of the knives in her hand first at Revnoir, then at Aura.

'He doesn't look in good enough shape to do anything, and by the tone of this conversation, you want him dead. Do you care about the means or the end? I'd be more than happy to take a life today.' If he refused to let her kill the Tsukiborodo, perhaps she'd just kill all of them..?

Aura spotted Leah, as he had turned around to walk away eairler. "Nice of you to join us there Leah.... Or should I say Envy? It's not to late you know. You can come back." Aura said looking over the battle field. The tide had turned in his favor. The shear number of weavers overpowering the wraiths easily now as more joined the fight. Latecomers from Castle Tsukiborido.

Thraon led and entire batalion against the wraiths. They made formations and cut threw the wraiths like a knife threw warm butter.

Aroria had taken a few cannons with them, explained why her group was late. Together they made cannonballs with their threads and shot down the wraiths with ease.

Reznos and Krev fought back to back, dispatching anything that got close to them.

"You little son of a bitch, thinking you can just walk away from me." Galenoir's cold, black Threads whirled around him, each of them taking a place around the nearby Kirsa's limbs. She was pulled against Galenoir and he held her still. "Revnoir it seems you need a little push in the right way. Your little girlfriend will be killed if you don't kill Aura."

Revnoir froze, and made not a single movement. "Let her go..." If he were hurt, that was fine. If Kirsa were hurt, that was a different story.

"Hurry up!" Galenoir growled, his Threads tightening around Kirsa's limbs.

Aura turned to watch this now. He raised an eyebrow. "My daughter was killed and I've watch most of my family die. I don't care about any of these people anymore. What I do I more important that that silly little girl. Come on Revnoir, even your not that ignorant."

Revnoir had stopped walking. Was it even her? She was silent. He had no way of knowing if it was really Kirsa. He didn't want to hurt anyone, especially not his allies. "Aura, I..." Kirsa meant more than anything to him. That included Aura. Kirsa's life outweighed Aura's, but that was only for Revnoir. Well, maybe they would both survive. But... Would he? Ideas ripped through Revnoir's thoughts. Galenoir only meant well for his brother, and he was doing what he could to show Revnoir that he was still a good big brother, that he hadn't abandoned him. Back then, when he ran away, that he wasn't leaving Revnoir. That he would come back and it would be just like before. Well, not quite. Revnoir didn't like the man his brother had become. He wasn't... He wasn't Galenoir anymore, but he had the emotions of him. Within moments, Revnoir formed his scythe. He'd fight Aura. "I'm sorry... I can't let her die." He seemed more sure of himself now. He darted towards Aura, aiming his attack at the Tsukiborodo. Play along, Aura. You're clever enough to see through my actions, I know it. Just play along.

Revnoir attacked Aura with all his strength, but knew Aura could still handle it. Each slash with the blade was faster than the last, his speed building up. He was relentlessly attacking the man, hoping he'd retaliate at some point.

The blind Revnoir got up quickly and attacked Aura again. He was sore from the impact of the ground, Aura was surprisingly strong, but he ignored the pain and kept slashing at wherever he assumed Aura was. The footsteps, or rather lack of them, didn't help much, but he was trained mainly in stealth. He was trained for fighting other stealthy foes

Revnoir gasped in pain, and stumbled away from Aura. He held his arm tightly, trying not to let out the screams that scratched at his throat. I guess I can't blame him for making it look so real... His Threads raced towards Aura, attacking now instead of Revnoir himself. He couldn't use his scythe with a broken arm, as the scythe used both arms to use.

Aura waited for the right moment, just as a thred hit him, just below his core he waited for a moment, stoped his breathing and slumped onto the thread, to all appearance dead.

Revnoir heard Aura's movements stop, and quickly froze. Was he acting? Did he actually hit the man's Core? Revnoir silently panicked, taking a couple steps closer to Aura. Don't tell me... No, not possible... Aura's stronger than that.

Kirsa squealed softly as the man held her tightly, her eyes welling up with tears as she tried to squirm from the grip of his Threads. "L-Let me go.. " She whimpered but her eyes were glued on the fight between the close friends - Revnoir and Aura. What could she do? She would be useless. Kirsa could barely use her own Threads, but an attempt wouldn't hurt. A few but shaking threads quivered as they tried to wrap around Galenoir's Threads and pull them away.

"Hey, Aura...?" He can't be. Not possible. He was faking it. Revnoir got close to the man, outstretching a hand to check the man's pulse. He was a bit clumsy, but he managed to check.

Galenoir's Threads immediately ripped Kirsa's apart, his Threads seeming to be much stronger than those of a Wraith's. "Quit struggling and enjoy the show."

Aura had managed to stop his pulse using his threads. They were threw out his bloodstream, locking everything up. No pulse could be felt.

The girl suddenly screamed out, jerking in the Threads as she tried her hardest to escape. "Let me go, fucker!!" Kirsa hollered as she turned to shoot him a death glare. Her head flew back as she tried to hit him in the face with the back of her head.

Revnoir jumped when Kirsa screamed. "Gale, let her go...! He's dead, so don't hurt her!"

"This bitch is trying to break my nose, is she somehow related to Aura or something?!" Galenoir growled, holding a Threaded knife to the girl's throat.

Leah, not too far away from the scene, had only just barely managed to beat the second Wraith. Her hair and clothes were both quite bloody, and several gashes in the cloth were evidently sticking to wounds. She could feel several fractured ribs as well, but the Wraith finally went limp. She looked away from the remnants of her battle to see Revnoir, Aura and a blonde girl whom she hadn't quite met yet, the latter mentioned struggling against the grip of someone else. Leah's arm reached up to wipe a bit on blood away that was running from her nose and mouth, but only succeeded in smearing it. She was rather hurt, but still she managed to stay standing to watch.

No, she wasn't devestated, yes, she was confused. Now with her mind intact, her grudges against Weave were lessening, although not quite yet to the point of sympathy. Even still, if she had to choose someone or something to affiliate her loyalty with, it'd have to be her sister. She left her for dead once, and once is enough for her.

Amelia had quickly and quietly tagged along, waiting a full sixty seconds before following. Her white outfit quickly camouflaged with the background of muddy, bloody snow, and she hung back, watching. She saw what had to be that Tsukiborodo, dead. Amelia nearly jumped up and cheered, but refrained after scanning the rest and seeing her sister looking rather battered, and three others.

She immediately froze as the weapon was held to her neck, her eyes glazing over as she stayed silent. A small laugh escaped her lips, her head creepily turning to Galenoir as Kirsa continued to laugh. "Hiya..~" She giggled.

Galenoir completely ignored Kirsa's weird transformation, glaring at Revnoir. "Tch, I want to see the Core!"

"Gale..." Revnoir started, but realized arguing would be in vain. He turned to Aura again, and the claws formed from Threads over his hands. "Tch..." It was harder than it looked, as Revnoir shakily moved to remove the man's Core. He had to be faking, Aura could do something like that. He could stop his pulse, surely. He had never seen him do it, but he was sure the man had a trick up his sleeve.

There was suddenly a bright flash of light as a flashbang gernade whent off. In an instant a knife was thrown at revnoir's head and gales at the same time. Aura was no were to be seen.
