GryphonABLaZ(E). Lawful chaotic good
(ARGH SCREW FONTS. This'll be for both Amelia and Leah, This is Leah's, And this again is Amelia's.)
Soon enough, Amelia and Leah met up in a different hallway, this time empty. As they approached, Amelia spoke,
'So, you figured that out, hm?' She raised one eyebrow, the slightest trace of a grin on her face.
Instead of answering immediately, Leah simply squished her sister in a bear hug, with, for the first time in a very long time, tears threatening to overtake her voice.
'How many one-eyed brown-haired girls in the desolate remnants of this world do you think there are?' Her attempt at a joke. The weak chuckle that came at the end was more like half of a silent sob.
The brown-and-blue-haired girl was caught off-guard. She hadn't been expecting that. To her, the thought of this had always been a less emotional occasion. Then again, compared to other people, so was just about everything she did.
'Brown and blue.'
'Brown and blue, then. But how was I supposed to know that? Did you ever come out of your room back at Abel's base?' Another half-failed joke. Quickly though, a thought dawned on the Sin.
She had left her sister for dead. She was still alive. But she had left her for dead. Pulling back from the hug, her hands shaking a bit, Leah gave a quick nod. First subject of business, making the fuck up for it.
Little Amelia sent the most ferocious glare possible for the six-year-old to muster across the room. Her brother, the target of that gaze, returned it. While their parents were out, the boy of twelve had been given the duty of keeping the two younger girls in line, though with all honesty, he had failed miserably. The one remaining sibling sat cross-legged on the floor between the two, her nine-year-old mind doing what it could to implement a proper solution to the disagreement. Finally, she spoke, though slowly, 'So you' without moving her head, she extended one finger toward her brother, 'Took that' now she nodded to the replica Millenium Falcon and X-wing Fighter toys discarded on the floor before her, 'From her?' After a moment of pondering whether to nimbly talk his way out of the situation, the boy nodded his head sternly before opening his mouth to make some sort of petty excuse. He was quickly cut off again by Leah, though. 'Then it has to be even.' The littler girl now piped up, her little voice confused. 'But it's not. How does it be even..?' After another long few minutes of thinking, hoping to get past the tension in the room, Leah sprung up excitedly. 'You get to do that too! To make it even, you get to do the same thing to him. You get to take one of his toys!' Both girls looked positively gleeful, though for different reasons. Their brother looked absolutely appalled. 'I... I wanna play one of the games then!' Amelia's tiny voice came again.
That was, from then on, practically their policy that the three stuck by almost religiously. Though never had it occurred to them that something far more serious might apply.
Amelia raised one eyebrow, as if asking her sister if she was prepared. The Sin returned a nod, then stepped back and gave a kind of shrug. With a quick motion and the bang of a gunshot echoing through the stone walls, Leah fell forward with a small bit of blood dripping from her mouth. 'Even?' She mouthed. 'Even,' came the reply. Quickly, the assassin swept forward to help support her sister in standing, though the sin operated better than she had expected with a bullet just having torn through her gut.
(Big gunshot, echoing through base. Difficult to miss. >.>)
