Fantasy Reaper 3: Final March

Xillia started kicking and screaming, begging for Ghost to hear her voice and come help her. She ignored what he said, kicking and struggling as much as possible. She did her very best to get away from Claus, but couldn't do anything. Her body was getting weaker, exhaustion getting more and more overwhelming.

His threads formed a cloth over her mouth to silence her screaming that was starting to annoy him. The threads released her and Claus stood her up. He grabbed her cheeks and forced her to look at him. "HEY. Will you shut up now? Don't you recognize me, Xillia?" He let out a soft sigh as he brought her face close to his.

Xillia kept trying to struggle, tears rolling down her cheeks now. She was slowly becoming more and more tired, and finally her body let out and she stopped. She was exhausted, and her body was more or less limp now. Even then, she kept trying to look away from Claus.

"It's CLAUS. Claus Rosenthal!!" He shouted, swooping the woman up in his arms. The giant man peered down at Xillia with a gentle expression. "I'll remove the threads if you would just calm down." Claus sighed.

Hearing sudden noise erupt from a short ways away, Leah stiffened and snarled with annoyance. Slowly, she stood. Still wearing her outfit composed of her own all-black threads, she probably looked like a reaper herself, save the long brown hair. Wordlessly, she approached Claus and Xillia from behind, the dark beneath her eyes making her look only more unstable, and gripped the back of the ice weaver's neck rather roughly with fingers tipped by black threaded claws.

'Shut... The fuck... Up, both of you..!' Her voice game out as an aggravated growl, wanting only quiet.

Xillia kept weakly struggling but immediately stopped once Leah yelled. She tried to curl up in the man's arms, tears streaming from her eyes as she attempted to cry the man a river. Cute? Not... Not really. A little sad? A little, maybe.

His threads wrapped around Leah's claws and pried them off, Claus jumping away from her as he held Xillia close. "Hold onto me." He said as he looked at.. A brown haired Reaper? Claus winced as he felt his wound continue to leak blood, especially how Revnoir manhandled him earlier, he was in no condition to fight. All he could do was.. Run. Before Leah could do anything else, Claus darted.

It wasn't long before Ghost's damaged voice was quietly calling for Xillia. She wanted to badly to cry out for him to help her, but her mouth was kept shut by Claus' Threads. Ghost started calling louder, each time getting no reply from the brunette girl.

Should they go to base? It was the safest place but Revnoir.. Claus grimaced as he ran to the base. He just had to make sure.. Xillia didn't see or come in contact with the man. The blood then began to stain his white vest and even get on the woman's clothes as Claus was beginning to slow down, approaching the large base. He panted heavily as he entered the medical wing.

Xillia was trying to get away, pushing with all her force despite her fatigue. She could barely push him away, but that didn't stop her from trying. When she saw that they were entering the building, hope bubbled above her thoughts as she recognized the possibility that Revnoir may find her.

Claus held onto Xillia tightly as he frantically looked around in case Revnoir was around. He felt himself become a bit light headed as his clothes were now dripping with blood. In the corner of his eye, Kirsa was approaching Revnoir who was sitting on the ground.

The girl kneeled down with a worried expression. Her arms wrapped around him tightly. What was wrong? Was he okay? She wanted to bombard her lover with many questions but Kirsa held him in silence.

Revnoir felt arms wrap around him in a hug, but made no move to see who it was. He could tell it was Kirsa. He leaned into her arms, shivering at the thoughts of what he might have done if he had gone to find her while angry. Would he have hurt her? Would he start breaking things in the room? He didn't want to be like that. He didn't want to follow in his father's footsteps. He didn't want to hurt her or make her fear him. He was completely silent, and wrapped his arms around her as he hugged her back without a sound.

Xillia saw Revnoir there, and her eyes shot wide open.
Revnoir! She was about to try screaming through the Threads, but stopped when she saw Kirsa. Was that..? She had been right. He had found someone else. That must be her. She slowly came to the conclusion that maybe Revnoir didn't want to see her as much as she wanted to see him.

Kirsa watched Revnoir shake lightly and pulled him into a tighter hug, her hands reaching over to rub his head. Her fingers ran through his black hair. "Revnoir.. Are you okay?" She whispered and held his head to her chest. She didn't want to pry but at the same time was really worried.

In the spur of the moment to prevent Xillia from seeing Revnoir, Claus suddenly pressed his lips onto hers. Thankfully the cloth made by his Threads was in the way. He quickly turned the corner so the couple wasn't in their view.

Xillia could barely move when Claus kissed her, and just lay there in his arms as they turned the corner.

Revnoir let out a quiet sigh, trying to collect his nerves enough to speak properly. "Sorry... I never meant to bother you with anything like this. I'm fine."

Claus pulled away as he turned his head to make sure the two weren't coming their way. He then turned to look at Xillia. "Sorry." He grinned as the cloth was removed from Xillia's mouth.

She frowned and pinched Revnoir's cheek. "Something is wrong.. Please tell me." Kirsa said in a soft voice as her fingers touched his cheek lightly.

As soon as her hand was forced from the weaver's throat, Leah was torn. Silent, passive-aggressive fury boiled over, but at the same time, he had shut up. Like a territorial wolf, she gave one final sneer before turning to retreat back to her small nest of snow until she realized... it would probably be warmer inside the gigantic stone castle. Almost reluctantly, Leah spun back around. By now, the two were out of her sight, but she followed them into the castle as far as the entrance, turning a different corner and continuing to where, if her tired memory was correct, her room was. She was probably mistaken. She didn't care. She entered the next-closest room, which, as 'luck' had it, was actually the one across from hers and belonging originally to *drumroll* Kirsa, before she had been relocated to the room near the medical wing. There, the Sin curled up in one of the dusty chairs that sat in the corner of the room and let her head fall onto her knees in a continuation of her prior nap.

Xillia stared at Claus with wide, teary eyes. "G-G-Get off me..! Let me go!" She was quiet now, maybe she was alright with not seeing Revnoir anymore. Maybe he didn't even care about her anymore. She was torn inside, and she was starting to show it now.

Revnoir didn't look her in the eye, always trying to avoid eye contact. "It's really nothing, I just... Didn't take my meds." He blamed it all on the meds, as he always did. Even as a child, he had blamed it on the medication. "Sorry." His voice was no more than a whisper now.

Shinohara said:
"Looking for your brother? What's your brother's name?" Eve asked, wanting to at least help someone.
Lufferia smiled "he's the best brother in the world anyway his name is Vayne ya know him?" she said to Eve.

"Sorry.. no can do." He chuckled as he walked away with Xillia in her arms. "I was given a job and I will do it." Claus cleared his throat and looked around, entering a private room. He set Xillia on the bed, his threads tying one of her arms to the bed.

"It's not the meds, Revnoir.." Kirsa whispered softly and pressed her lips on his forehead, her hand intertwining with his.

Xillia was silent now. Eerily quiet. She sat there on the bed, wiping away her tears with her other hand. She wanted to curl up and die already. Did Revnoir even care about her? Or had he long forgotten her?

Revnoir grew quiet, scowling, his mind racing as usual.

Claus closed the door shut and unbuttoned his vest and shirt, his bandages soaked in the blood. He let out a heavy sigh and removed them as he turned to Xillia. "I wouldn't be surprised that you don't remember me. We were only introduced once.~" Claus chuckled as he took a gauze and dabbed his large wound on his stomach. "I work for Galenoir." He said in a whisper and approached her.

She frowned as she ran her fingers through her hair, holding his head to her chest. Did she say something wrong? "I.. I'm sorry, Revnoir.. I'm just worried." Kirsa whispered.

Xillia stared at him, starting to blush a bit. "I-I know who you work for..." She said in a whisper, just following his lead with the level of his voice.

Revnoir shivered a bit, scowling. "No, it's fine... It's just... There's nothing more that you can do to help me, just being there is all I need. The rest is mine to do."

"You do? Then why were you screaming earlier.. I swear, my ears were going to fall off if I didn't shut you up." Claus responded as he sat on the edge of the bed. He winced at the pain, sitting close to the woman. "Mind helping me?" Claus asked.

"I want to do more for you though.." Kirsa responded as her fingers found it's way back to his cheek, caressing it softly.

Revnoir forced a smile. "Kirsa, you've done enough for me. I'm fine, so don't worry about me. This is nothing out of the normal."

Xillia's face turned red. "D-D-D-Do it y-yourself!" She scooted away from him, eyes wide.

He blinked in surprise, tilting his head. Claus wasn't even naked, his shirt and vest were unbuttoned to only reveal part of his bare body. Maybe he could have some fun with this. Claus suddenly grabbed her hand and pressed it on his warm skin, showing a smirk. "Come on. Help an injured man." He whispered as he leaned in.

Kirsa frowned again and found tears flowing down her cheeks. She didn't like it. Revnoir didn't tell her anything. In fact, the girl didn't know much about the man she loved. Kirsa hung her head and gave a subtle nod. There was no point in trying.. he wouldn't tell her anyways.
