If you want to start an RP and want to either Advertise or Look to see who is interested

Okay. How do I join an rp that has been going on for like a couple weeks? Do I just insert myself into the story or do I have to contact the person who started the thing?

To join an RP, if they have rules you should read those over first. But you can't just jump into an RP you have to make a character sheet in the character sign up tab of an RP and wait to be accepted by the GM.
 
Casual - Fantastic Fashion I'm going to use my thread so you can see.


Right below the tags and the title there is tabs on a grey bar. You'd click the one that says character sign-up. Then fill out what you're supposed to.


Its best to always read the rules first bc even if you like an RP you don't wanna waste your time making a character if you'll only find out later you dislike the rules on the RP.


No one can over rule the site rules and if they are trying to I'm pretty sure you're supposed to report their post of that.

I can't really help you get into one. unless I was in it there is no real way to help you. You just have to go in on your own.


I can tell you... we've all been there once. This site might be intimidating but everyone is a bunch of softies. Most people on here are very kind warm and friendly. If anyone breaks any of the rules don't hesitate to report them. People can rightfully deny you but if you fail getting into one RP it doesn't mean you'll fail getting into every RP. Keep your chin up Naomi, you'll be fine. Its scary for everyone at first even for the more confident people its still intimidating. But you won't know how it'll go unless you try. One failure does not mean all hope is lost either. If you fall you get back up again.


What I recommend is making a friend who is in an RP you like and have them get you in.
