Aoife Walsh - Human
21 / they/them / aro-ace
Aoife is a gentle soul. They have a subtle aura and are the type of person to put anyone at ease. They are patient, understanding, and kind, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that everyone gets what they want equally. They never thought of themselves nor their character as much, just a country bumpkin from Germany. From neglectful parents who divorced when they were a teen, Aoife devoted their time to studying and reading while they switched residences every 3 months.
Asher Hart - Werewolf
18 / he/they / asexual
Asher is extremely extroverted and is willing to talk with anyone and everyone. Lax, relaxed and clumsy, Asher purposely plays the comedy relief role to lighten things up and hide his identity as a werewolf. He was part of a very secluded pack of werewolves. He was a sociable one, especially among his pack and was very fond of his human form. Appearing in his human form most of the time, Asher was often ridiculed for loving his human form so much. Often engaged in debates and fights about using his human form too much, Asher often changed his appearance to get his packmates to accept him, leading him to lean into a more masculine traits and identifying as a trans male.
Wang Ya-Ting - Dhampir (half-blooded vampire/human)
20 / he/they / panro-ace
Wang Ya-Ting is a calm, gentle and quiet man. Though he is a man of little words, he is quite friendly to others, offering a message in flowers if they requested. He is also very organised, as you can tell by the cleanliness of his shop and general spaces and hates leaving things out of order.
He also appreciates people who would talk to him. Though he is not quite as happy about this, his social energy drains really fast.
Ya-Ting's parents died when he was 6 due to a car crash and was in critical condition. He was sent to an orphanage and got adopted within a year. For most of his childhood he'd lived with his adoptive parents, Ronald and Flora Parkinson. Ya-Ting was sure that he was just a normal human growing up but sometimes he would notice his lifestyle going nocturnal some nights, suffering in dismay when in direct sunlight, and blood being more appealing.
Ying Ming-Xia - Vampire
20 / he/they / biro-ace
Ying Ming-Xia is a sociable and extroverted person, although he still needs a long period of time to recover after. He is able to create a light, comfortable atmosphere in Roses are Red, something that Ya-Ting deeply appreciates. As far as he knew, Ming-Xia was birthed of two vampire parents who abandoned him out of no good reason. He was adopted by another vampire by the name of Baron. He lived next door from Ya-Ting, which peaked his curiosity since he could tell he was of vampire origin. He would approach him everyday for playdates and eventually became friends. However, when Ming-Xia's vampiric traits became more noticeable, he was forced to hide by Baron because they couldn't afford for anyone, especially Ya-Ting's parents to discover their identity as Baron trained Ming-Xia in concealing them.
Xing "Fisher" Ming - Human
22 / they/them / aro-ace
Fisher is described as fearless, especially when ghostbusting. This isn’t far off from their personality as they like to laugh in the face of danger when going on their journeys. Along with Ming-Xia and Asher, Fisher is also an extroverted and talkative person with a hint of sassiness in them. Fisher lived a relatively normal life near the coast. They were quite talented in fishing where they got the nickname Fisher. However when they became a teenager, Fisher became more entranced in the occult and began ghostbusting.
CHUUYAS_HAT
Hyeong Mi-Hi - Ghost20 / she/her / omnisexual
Mi-Hi is a whirlwind of energy, flitting about with an eerie silence that catches people off guard. Her presence is often unsettling, not because of any ill intent, but due to the quiet way she moves—too fluid, too effortless, as if she barely disturbs the air around her. She enjoys being part of a crowd, her warmth drawing others in, but physical closeness unsettles her. The idea of true contact—of being tangible, of feeling real—both fascinates and frightens her, making her interactions unpredictable. When someone reaches for her, she instinctively tenses, shying away as if the very idea of touch is foreign. Despite this, she thrives in groups, her energy contagious, even if she sometimes startles people just by appearing without a sound.
As she's matured, Mi-Hi has embraced the liveliness of nightlife, finding comfort in the chaos of fast-moving conversations and the rhythmic pulse of music. However, she detests neon colors, finding them overwhelming and artificial, like they disrupt the natural flow of things. While others adore the glow of neon signs and fluorescent lights, she finds them harsh, a poor imitation of true beauty. Instead, she gravitates toward dimly lit spaces, where the mood is softer, the lights warm, and the atmosphere more inviting. Her love for dancing thrives in these moments, though her favorite place to dance isn’t in a club—it's outside, under the rain. The way raindrops cool her skin, the way they blur the world into a hazy dream, makes her feel more alive than anything else. There is something freeing about the sky opening up, about twirling through puddles as if the thunder itself is a melody only she can hear.
However, when Mi-Hi is in a bad mood, the air around her shifts, as if a storm is looming even when the skies are clear. Her usual lighthearted demeanor becomes heavy, and though she rarely lashes out, there's an unshakable weight to her presence. She finds solace in the rain during these moments, letting it wash away whatever lingers inside her, but when she cannot escape outside, she becomes restless, withdrawn. Though she puts on a carefree front, there are times when she feels out of place, as if no matter how much she pretends, she is different in a way she can never fully erase. But despite this, she keeps moving forward, trying to hold onto the warmth of others, even if she isn’t always sure how to let it in.
Ryu Seokwoo - Vampire
21 / he/him / pansexual
Seokwoo carries himself with an effortless coolness, exuding an air of detachment that makes him seem untouchable. He doesn’t push people away outright, but there’s always a lingering distance, as if he exists just on the edges of their world. Yet, despite his aloof nature, he has a reckless streak—one that thrives on rebellious impulses. Dares, rule-breaking, and skipping out on college classes don’t faze him in the slightest. In fact, he welcomes them, finding amusement in the thrill of doing whatever he pleases. His flirtation is just as easygoing, slipping into conversations with a smirk, unbothered by gender or formality. He enjoys watching people squirm under his teasing, but his words are never serious—at least, not in a way anyone can pin down.
Adorned with dark jewelry and a signature snake bite piercing, Seokwoo’s aesthetic leans into a refined style. He has a sharp eye for fashion, favoring dark academia themes and fur-lined coats that drape over his frame, adding to his enigmatic allure. His presence can be intimidating, but not in the way of a brute—rather, in the way of someone who knows exactly who he is and makes no apologies for it. The chill of winter suits him best, the crisp air blending with his naturally cool demeanor. The heat of summer, on the other hand, is something he tolerates at best, though it never sits well with him. As a vampire, the warmth is a reminder of everything he isn't—a contrast he dislikes but begrudgingly accepts.
Though he seems untouchable, there is a quiet enjoyment in the way Seokwoo watches the world around him. He is drawn to the night, to the soft glow of streetlights and the way the cold air stirs against his skin. His distance isn’t always by choice—perhaps he is waiting for someone daring enough to break past it. Until then, he remains a fleeting presence, slipping between crowds like a shadow, existing just out of reach, but always watching, always amused, always ready for the next thrill.
