The age of the Rangers will be between 21 and 25 years old. I really want to tap into them being young adults and dealing with the reality of having to balance what’s occurring in their personal lives while also being a Power Ranger. As of now, their identities as Rangers will not be made public (intentionally anyway).​

Designations are not gender specific. There is not an established leader of the team. Each Ranger will be able to contribute their respective skills and traits in a way that should allow them to be a leader at any given time. The Rangers will, however, get direction from the Command Center.​

Usually, the first thing that someone will notice about Elliot's appearance are his dashing good looks, something that he inherited from his father. And when that smile forms on his face, those dimples he received from his mother becomes even more noticeable. By and large, Elliot is someone that takes pride in his appearance primarily because it was impressed upon him at an early age. He's tall, standing at about six feet with a well-built athletic frame from the days when he played basketball in high school as well as college. Though he doesn't play anymore, he maintains his physical prowess by regularly attending the gym.​

Elliot comes from a better off background with his father being a notable politician in the city of New Harbor. Because he technically works for his father now, more times than not Elliot is wearing a suit and tie or something that is presenting of a businessman. When he's not wearing business professional or business casual clothing, Elliot would much prefer a more urban look with stylish tennis shoes, jeans and vintage shirts.​

Some other notable features include the tattoos along his arms and chest as well as the sleeves on his leg. Elliot also wears earrings in his ear and is known to wear certain jewelry depending on his outfit, including necklaces and bracelets. He very much so present himself as a rich kid that can occasionally splurge on the finer things in life.​

Witty - Elliot has a tremendous sense of humor. Not that he doesn't take things seriously, it's just that he has a knack for breaking the ice via a dimpled smile or smirk, or even through a funny joke to make light of the situation. In some cases, this can get Elliot into trouble, especially as he's transitioning into the professional world with working under his father's supervision, but Elliot feels that laughter is the key to someone's heart.
Hot-Headed - As a former athlete, being hot-headed is probably a given. Elliot's competitive and protective (of himself and his loved ones) can come out in the form of chirping back at someone (whether in the field of sports or on the battlefield). Similar to his sense of humor, his anger could also get himself in trouble in specific situations. The best way for Elliot to cope when tensions are running high is to withdraw from the situation and cool off.
Loyal - Elliot is loyal to a fault. When it comes to producing sincere friendships, anyone that Elliott becomes a companion of has a friend to the end. Similarly with his family, Elliot remains loyal to the people that assisted in pushing him to where he is today. To that end, this loyalty could be taken advantage of and manipulated under certain circumstances. However, loyalty could also pay dividends to someone who has looked out for him and, in return, Elliot will defend that person with his life.​

Heir to the Throne... Maybe? - Elliot's father is the mayor of New Harbor city. He's been rising in the ranks for the past few decades and it's assumed that he would grooming Elliot to follow his footsteps in the realm of politics. Elliot, however, has no interest in pursuing politics and would much rather find something else that he enjoys. He completed his Political Science degree at New Harbor University simply because his father was paying for the education. Now, the pressure is on for Elliot to pursue law school... something he has no interest in. Good thing being a Ranger will be the ultimate distraction.
The Gift - While attending private school as a kid, Elliot developed an affinity for art and all of its different platform. He leans more so to careers and interests that have a free flowing vibe compared to something that locks him in a box like politics. Not to mention, people hate politicians but primarily have adoration for artists. Regardless of someone's opinion about him, Elliot feels at home when he's able to not worry about time elapsed and deadlines and instead can focus on finishing up something as simple as a sketch. It's no wonder he has so many tattoos, something his father hates that he even has.
Basketball Star - Elliot was a legitimately talented basketball player when he played in high school and college. Of course, not good enough to play professional or in the NBA or anything, but he had opportunities to go overseas and play in other countries. Those opportunities still persist today, in fact. However, Elliot feels a bit more free in not having to go to early practices. Today, he focuses on playing in his free time at the local recreational center or in the adult men's league at the community center on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.​

Elliot is an ideal fit for the Ranger team because not only would he provide some comic relief, it honestly would be a good outlet for him as well. Being able to kick asses and punch the faces of the bad guys is probably therapeutic for him. Physically, he's a very capable athlete and with the heightened abilities that the Ranger powers will give to him, he's a natural fit to be the Meta Purple Ranger.

~Looks (FC: Alessia Amoruso):​

Niki is an athletic girlie and always on the go with a street but sexy look. She loves to wear dark clothes that are usually studded, adorned with metal or patches, and mostly made of leather or denim. The girl is in great shape and will show it off. She wears tight, short tops and the same goes for the bottoms. Hell yeah, she loves to show off her long legs but will often be seen sporting premium fashionable boots that contrast greatly with the rest of her punk/street fit. Blue eyes are always accented with dark makeup. Right now she's into the misty eyeshadow look. She has her nose pierced and 3x0 plugs in her ears. And yes, of course she has lots of tattoos across her body. Of note is the full floral sleeve on her right arm that goes from shoulder to knuckles. Nails sometimes get done up but mostly painted dark colours or just glossy black. But what stands out the most of course is her lovely dreadlock'd up hair. Black and yellow as always and now flowing all the way down to the mid of her back.

Niki is the girlie that will always lend a helping hand, boost morale, or just give positive vibes as always. Energetic and with a spark for life that fits the buzzing motif of her Insectizord Hornet, she is constantly taking action to figure out problems or issues that are poised against the Rangers. As an artist, she has used her creativity to accomplish projects and she approaches situations with the same mentality.

Yes she does get sarcastic, and yes, the pranks can get annoying, and yes she can be demanding of her friends and allies but its all in the best intent. Part of the problem with being so energetic is that her curiousity will sometimes get the best of her. Mix that in with being a risk-taker, impulsive, and a penchant for doing things on her own, she may need her friends and allies to pull her outta the fire she started.

~Bio:​

○ | Born in Quebec City, Nikitia, moved to Victoria, BC when she was just 7 yo. The poor thing was just another child lost in the shuffle of broken homes, laughable foster care and poor excuses for adult guardians.
○ | Grew up in a poor, crime ridden area of the provincial capital city. Was finally adopted by a couple that soon divorced and so she ended up raised by a single mother.
○ | As with one who came from broken homes, lonerdom followed her to school. The journal-writing child was singled out and picked on. Needless to say, every single year of school since middle school was a tortuous and hellish experience. They called her "Icky" much to the detriment of her confidence.
○ | But instead of crime and violence, she found escape in after school art classes. Here she flourished in escaping into her creativity,
○ | Her other escape from life was found under the bridge, skateboarding in a place they called 'The Scoops.' They would skate until there was just enough street light overlooking the unfinished tunnelway. That was what served as a skatepark for a bunch of low life and loser skaters. They would all hang out, smoke cigarettes and other non-cigarettes, practicing new moves and tricks they learned and taught each other.
○ | It was here where her confidence would soar and trust issues soon turned into trusting in others for once. She learned love and acceptance here and in return she gave back 1000%.
○ | They found out her nick by her mom was 'Chatouille" , 'Tickles' in English. It stuck and it became her skateboarder name in the parks in Victoria.
○ | Much to her mom's delight, Niki earned some bursaries and scholarships to attend the presitgious art college. Once more she levelled up her creativity game and gradded with honours.
○ | She spends her time working as a gallery/installation artist, reknowned as the up and coming young artist for the creative culture in Victoria. She hangs out at the local skatepark with her live in gf, Kia, and of course she still skates with her life-long, childhood friends. Niki also holds lessons to encourage youth, esp girls, to get into skateboarding. Niki is also branching out to do her own line of fashion wear and accessories too.
○ | When she became a Ranger, she was more than enthusiastic to join and make a difference. The team would soon affectionately call her 'Buzzer' due to her energetic personality and her black iconic Insectizord Hornet.

Morph Sequence
To morph, the Rangers activate their respective button on the sword and shout "Meta... MORPH!" The Ranger's body is then covered in a protective barrier to ensure that the morph sequence is protected and then the Ranger's specific Insect Soul burst through the shell to complete the morph sequence.

Morph X-Calibur
The main morphing device and sidearm of the Rangers, created by scientists and engineers at Metamorphosis. Can also be used to summon their respective Insectizord and complete a finishing attack.

Meta Phone
A special cellular-like device that all of the Rangers have, functioning as their belt buckles and communicators.

Hornet Insectizord
The hornet-based Zord piloted by the Black Ranger. It fights with unstoppable momentum while outsmarting its opponents. In addition to being able to completely pierce the enemy with its large, well-developed stinger, it can also draw a figure-eight to create a protective barrier that shields allies and repel enemy attacks. Forms the left lower leg of the Megazord.

Meta Weapon
A giant shield that the core Rangers carry with them. It is normally used in Shield Mode, but in an emergency, it transforms into five different weapon forms on its own, incorporating the characteristics of insects:

Sword Mode - A mode that specializes in close-range combat that is made by transforming the blades to form together on the top. Primarily used by the Red Ranger.​

Gun Mode - A mode specializing in medium-range shooting that is made by holding the upper part of the grip like a gun. Primarily used by the Blue Ranger.​

Sickle Mode - A mode usable for close-range combat or as a throwing weapon, made by transforming the blade on the left side horizontally. Primarily used by the Yellow Ranger.​

Bow Mode - A mode specializing in long-range shooting, which is made by transforming the blades on both sides. Primarily used by the Purple Ranger.​

Claw Mode - A mode that specializes in close-range combat, in which the blades on both sides are deformed horizontally. Primarily used by the Black Ranger.​

Ranger Color: Red

Appearance: Kit has a tall, gangly build, with a youthful face and a small, stoic frown with brown eyes and around 6 feet tall. His skin is russet colored, and his hair is black, worn short and can be seen wearing short-sleeved shirts ranging from T-shirts to button ups, while also sporting jeans or cargo pants to boot.

Personality: Kit is a reserved and displaced individual. He is very conservative when it comes to displaying his emotions as he is cautious of anyone trying to weaponize them against him. Kit is usually a respectful and courteous individual, even when he prefers to interact with others as little as possible do to his introverted nature. As a result, he can be rather selfish and distrustful towards others, opting be as distant as he can to hide his lack of social skills. Despite his introverted nature, he isn't above working with others, if need be, but is more than willing to put in the effort himself. Even though Kit is a bit of a loner, he's very dependable and responsible, putting whatever obligations he has first before pursuing more personal activities and he won't stop until the job is done.

Background: Kit Sharptooth’s journey begins in the small, tight-knit community of Silver Pines, nestled on the outskirts of New Harbor.Orphaned at a young age, Kit was taken in by his stern yet loving grandfather, a retired military officer. His grandfather’s strict discipline and code of honor profoundly shaped Kit’s character, instilling in him a strong sense of duty and responsibility.

Growing up, Kit found solace in comic books, where he could escape into worlds where heroes always found a way to triumph over evil. This love for comic books sparked his imagination and gave him hope during the loneliest times. Despite his introverted nature, Kit excelled academically and physically, his grandfather’s training pushing him to the limits and beyond.

After high school, Kit pursued a degree in mechanical engineering at New Harbor University. While his peers partied and socialized, Kit spent his free time tinkering with gadgets and reading the latest comic book issues. His passion for engineering earned him a scholarship and recognition among his professors, but his social skills remained underdeveloped, causing him to keep to himself.

Fun Facts:

• He has a hidden talent for drawing, and his notebooks are filled with sketches of potential gadgets and superhero designs.
• Kit's favorite gadget is a wrist-mounted grappling hook he designed during his engineering course.

Appearance: Chance is a surprisingly tall individual, standing at six foot, one inch tall with a weight of one-hundred and eighty-two pounds. His frame is athletic and built with toned muscles since he works out 24/7. His eyes are a dark brown color, accented with trimmed eyebrows and his hair is raven black, which he usually keeps unkempt.

Personality: Chance is a very strong individual, meaning that he can handle all sorts of pressure, even emotional pressure if it comes down to it. If you give him a task, he will complete it to the best of his ability because that really shows how responsible he can be. Chance can also be a bit arrogant especially when it comes to showcasing his skills but never thinking he's better than anyone else. He's not that small-minded because he knows someone out there is better than him.

Facts: Growing up, Chance had to literally fight for everything and fight his peers often. Because of this, his father signed him up for karate, where he impressed the instructor so much that he was given private lessons to learn martial arts. Chance was ecstatic to learn more of how to defend himself and once he did so, no one hardly bothered him again. In his teenage years, he became fond of computers and developed the skill of hacking into any system that he could but ran into some problems and was almost caught. Until this day, no one knows about this particular skill that he has but Chance still uses it every chance that he gets. He graduated from high school and immediately went to college to study Criminal Law and had the ambitions of becoming a lawyer though he couldn't keep his grades up and flunked out of college, so now he's managing a local restaurant. Although, he prefers that much better than being in school, or even a lawyer.

Why is your character a good fit with the Rangers?: As mentioned above, Chance has great martial arts. While he's skilled with some weaponry, he prefers hand-to-hand combat and can teach anyone else who's willing the learn. Due to his knowledge of technology, he can figure out what's wrong with some of the systems and comms if needed or figure out a workaround until a solution has been found.

Appearance:
Minako typically likes to wear bright colored clothing, especially dresses with leggings. She also wears prescription glasses with large round frames, and she often wears her hair either in pigtails or in unusual "sci-fi" styles thanks to her love of the genre.

Personality:
Minako has very high intellect, able to calculate formulas quickly in her head and retain knowledge once she learns of it. She is also very socially awkward, in that she sometimes has trouble making new friends due to missing social cues easily. Above all, Minako is a compassionate woman who only wants to be useful, and wants to use her skills for good.

Facts:
Minako learned how to take apart and put together computers at the age of eleven, and she also learned software engineering as well, which as an adult has led her to custom building personal computers for others. She has also learned hacking over the years and has been able to successfully breach even corporation files and logs thanks to a special program she concocted at the age of seventeen. Minako also sees herself as more machine than human, and it doesn't help that she hasn't had proper human social interaction throughout her life.

Why is your character a good fit with the Rangers?:
With her high intellect as well as her skills with computers (both with hardware and software), and her ability to hack systems which she is always improving by enhancing her security breach software, Minako has a lot to contribute to the Rangers. She would certainly be the "brains" of the team and would be happy to lend her skills to a cause that can surely save the world.​
