Other Random question of the day

Random question of the day:

In our universe, men and women make sandwiches for us. In another universe, sandwiches make men and women for us. If you ever happened to travel to this universe, what kind of man or woman would you ask a sandwich to make for you?

An idiot sandwich.

Random question of the day:

Does the phrase "People know you're a guy/girl, you don't have to prove it to them" ring true when parents with teenage kids are lecturing them on their overly masculine/feminine manner of dressing?

I don't know anyone born on Christmas day, but my best friend was born a few days before... And I got no idea how she balances them, she kinda lowkey hates them both 😅
So really I just try and make both days good for her.

My great-uncle was born on Christmas Day and was named Christopher because of it. Two years later, his brother (my grandad) was born on St. Stephen's Day (26th December) and was named Stephen. My grandad was never too bothered about the two celebrations being so close together. He was a very modest guy and was mostly just happy if he got to see family.

Random question of the day:

Is it common for Hispanic women to have a feisty personality or Is it simply a stereotype within pop culture?
no more so than all Asians are smart or all Jews are greedy or all African Americans are great at sports. I mean sure, you've got the occasional person who matches that stereyotype, but no identity is a monolith. moreover, these stereotypes are blown out of proportion and are inherently dangerous. the one about black people, especially black men being inherently more athletic? rooted in the justifications for slavery. the spunky latina? that's feitishization. smart Asians? that's the model minority myth. greedy Jews? do I have to explain why that goes badly?

Random question of the day:

Just like how you can create colors by mixing other colors, would you be able to create new hair colors by having two people with different hair colors have a kid?

If that was how genetics worked, then all of our hair colors would be exactly the same by now lolol
Except for in very small, extreme groups that only have children with people of the same hair color

Generally you'll end up with one of your parent's hair color, to give a simplified idea it's typically whatever gene is dominant. However, recessive genes can be expressed depending on the sperm that wins out and the specific genetic material within. Indeed, it's even possible for hair colors to skip generations entirely.

That being said, there are certainly cases of people with some bits of different hair color. I'm not quite as familiar with the science behind those, but even I have some red hairs that make up a small bit of exclusively hair on my beard.

Random question of the day:

When writing a royal family of characters, do you write each of the children of the king and queen to have a role within the monarchy so as to have the king and queen make each of their children feel loved and wanted?

Haha I think I watched that video, too.
To be honest, I think it's a fine theory, but I've always just figured he's a bit self-centered and mean
