yeah, probably. i've seen child stars who were unchecked get lost from their path or lose their money due to poor management (often their parents) that pressured them to work at such a young age
 
When I was a kid, the dumbest thing I did was trying to jump off the roof with an umbrella, thinking I could fly like Mary Poppins. Luckily, I landed in a bush with only minor scratches, but it definitely taught me a lesson about the difference between fantasy and reality!:P

When it comes to Sonic games, why does Sega seem to alternate back and forth between prioritizing gameplay over story and vice versa?

I honestly would have to agree with that! I imagine that little kids don’t have the patience needed to fully finish a game so their catering to multiple sage groups
 
Yeah! Probably wouldn’t work for ALL situations but in certain ones. As they say “An eye for an eye”. If my kids were getting bullied id let them handle it in whatever way is needed
