I'm making it a hosted project. I should be at 250 posts by the weekend at the latest then I'll set up the project, set a deadline for the character sheets and get things rolling. This gives everyone plenty of time to get their characters in order.

If people are interested, why wouldn't they make characters? It seems unnecessary.
