May 1998 a string of cannibal murders across the outskirts of Racoon City have left it's people frightened. The Mayor placed a curfew on the city.
Two S.T.A.R.S (Special Tactics and Rescue Services) teams Alpha and Bravo went to investigate the situation in the Arklay Mountains. Only one member of Bravo made it out alive. Alpha on the other hand was considered incompetent with the report they gave and disbanded shortly after.
September 12 1998 Rats have started to become violent attacking people. A scientist from the Umbrella Corperation has stated that it was due to overpopulation. Some of the rats started to bite people causing them to become sick.
September 23 1998 Racoon City has been overrun by what can only be called the living dead. Now would be survivors have to band together to try and get through this nightmare alive.
