Hello! I'm currently searching for someone to share an interesting roleplay that will include the exploration of certain characters state of mind, as well as their relationship with other characters and situations. With that said, there are more than a few of these ideas that include toxic relationships so I ask that if you are sensitive to those topics please pay attention to the key I have below. I in no way condone these relationships, I only use them as a base for a roleplay. Most, if not all of these ideas include dark themes as well. Ideas are always being added on, and I am completely open to any ideas as well!
The relationship between these characters can be MxM, FxM, FxF.
Thank you in advance and please don't hesitate to reply or PM me if interested or have any questions!
Key:
Red - Includes toxic relationship ideas/mentions
Blue - Eager to try
Italics - Role I would prefer to play
Destructive Duo
Person A is in a relationship they can't escape, both physically, mentally, and emotionally. Person B has lost everything, rock bottom is a lot easier to hit when you have nothing. Until Person A entered their life, and they weren't about to give that person up. With a little work, Person B has Person A wrapped around their finger. To Person B, this is completely normal, and to Person A who is still young and naive, they are convinced it's just as normal as anything else.
Missing
Person A doesn't go to the college, not really, but Person B does which explains Person A's presence on campus. Oddly enough, Person B's major is psychology . Person A's heart is in the right place, but not their mind. It's a monthly obsession, not exactly with Person B, but with the idea of another person sharing time with them. The kidnapping takes place at night when it's dark, and Person A is completely confused with Person B fights against it. The cellar is cold and uncomfortable when tied to a chair, unable to speak. As time progresses, Person B develops a form of Stockholm Syndrom for Person A.
Accidental Insanity
Being haunted is simply impossible to Person A. The world's biggest non-believer in ghost and hauntings, anything supernatural. Simply not true despite any evidence. And the home that Person A lives in? Completely normal, why wouldn't it be? The voices their hearing is just the noise of the house settling. Person B, however, doesn't mean to frighten Person A. I mean, they can't help that their dead. All that Person B has to do is have Person A, the official owner of the home that they died in, believe in them. After that, they can talk face-to-face.
Wrongfully Convicted
Being wrongfully convinced of murder was one thing, but being thrown into an asylum was another. Person A, a psychiatrist at an asylum just at the edge of the town's border, is assigned to Person B who had been convinced by their lawyer to plead mental illness. The murder was a set up, and Person B firmly believed this, especially after the smirk their lawyer had when Person B was being taken away. Can asylums drive a person insane instead of helping the insane?
Prisoner of War
Person A is a soldier and is proud to defend their country, proud of what they do and has been serving for quite some time. Person B is a prisoner of war, terrified, not knowing where they are or what's going on. When Person A approaches Person B, offering a chance to escape, they are eager to accept the chance. The one thing they weren't expecting was to end up as another prisoner, or at least they think. It was hard to tell, every cell looked the same every time Person B was moved. All they knew, was that Person A had led them back into a cell, or maybe into a different one, or maybe they aren't in a cell at all.
The relationship between these characters can be MxM, FxM, FxF.
