Fantasy Project Salem

I actually left Arhax out because her equipment has the power to self-repair. If she struck her sword/armor with the Repulsor, they'd deconstruct instead of repair themselves
That's way too OP.

Mimi has kind of a tricky weapon so she could probably put a fight

I'm a little unclear on the exact details of Senna's powers but they might work against her

Dahlia I already mentioned could take her

Arhax would probably win in a fight due to superior equipment and melee skills (as long as the fight isn't drawn out)

Mercury can do sick flips on his board, which can help in a fight

Sho can fling things with his telekinesis so long as he releases control of it

You know, I imagine Vanira might be something like a STAR enforcer that helps keep the others in line considering she counters just about everyone except for Dahlia :0
*cough cough* Esther *cough cough* As long as she doesn't activate Golden Rose, she's fine.

And Yu's Sparkling Creek could actually damage things quite a lot if Vanira slashes some of the water.

Tactics. :3

Yup!

Good point. Do you think time powers should be allowed?
He doesn't literally rewind or stop time or anything. It's fine because it can only affect certain areas and certain things, not all of time as a whole.

If you're a RWBY fan, think of Weiss' time dilation.

That's up to the GM, who has decided it's OK

And personally I don't think that my character is OP considering the fact that she will be vulnerable and has to put up a harder fight against many, many things that others could challenge fairly or straight up overpower

I also kept his offensive power to be either very minimal or situational because he does have the ability to get out of situations that would otherwise spell doom for anyone else, which I'll admit is probably the closest thing he has to being 'overpowered' in that regard.

Yeah, Varina's fine too. Especially because both of my characters can defeat her lol

Don't worry. I plan on challenging myself as well, and I'll certainly make sure none of my characters get any more 'screen time' than all of you guys'

Alright then. But I reserve the right the complain when something goes sideways because of time magic.
Sweetheart most of your characters are a lil OP themselves. You're ambitious with your characters' powers as well. It has already been accepted into the rp at face value, so just let it be

And we have the right to complain whenever something gets turned around because a certain someone phases through everyone and everything's attacks before casting a spell that allows her an autohit

Woah I just reread it to figure out what you were even talking about and- isn't that literal invisibility? Like, legit untouchable?

You can read through Mercury's powers if you'd like. He doesn't have any abilities that actively mess with the flow of time. The only things that come close are his Stasis Traps, which are fully visible to everyone and can be avoided easily (they also heal so even if an enemy does trigger one it's going to end up helping them), and his Time Lapse.

My point is there won't be any time bullshit coming from Mercury because I specifically designed him so that he either wouldn't have any, or it'd be very situational to use.

She can't attack when phased. When she changes back then she can be hit. Major glaring weakness. She's not invisible so people can see where she is or where she's going.

Does she have a cool-down period? It's only a glaring weakness if she can't attack immediately after switching back

After deactivating the ability. For all I know, she could have trained herself to instantly switch from untouchable to the one-hit thing.

I know it doesn't seem important to put as many details as you can in there, as you won't see a lot of things until problems pop up. But a bit of extra planning even if you don't see that many events coming can go a long way.
