So, from a comedic standpoint, Many of the Male characters are Heterosexual, but won't mess with a lesbian (Chuya.) I expect that the girls in the other rooms would start to find it suspicious when Chuya is put in a room with the guys, the will get jealous and start verbally attacking her.

Eventually once the girls find out about Chuya's sexual preference, things get awkward from there on out.
