Hello. I was wanting to do an interest check to see if anyone would be interested in my rp. I have made it on like one other site and it did ok but I didn't do enough planning so it sort of died. I will be fully fleshing out everything before starting it so I want to see if anyone is going to be interested.
The Plot:
The government is known for doing secret experiments. This much was no longer a surprise. What was a surprise, though, was when teens and young adults began going missing. No one knew where they were going or what was being done with them. The government refused to help so they knew this was their doing. The only question was what on earth was happening.
The year is 2089. In an unknown location, a secret government facility sits, gathering the ideal test subjects from various places to experiment on. The experiments, however, are not as most would expect. They are taking different animals and fusing different parts of the animals to the test subjects. They do not keep the experiments locked up like most facilities would do. They allow them to roam around the area, though they do dawn special tracking collars that cannot be removed except with a special device. If they misbehave their collars are activated, shocking them to various degrees. Some have managed to make friends, allies, while others have stayed put in their cells, too lost in themselves to make friends with the others.
The government, however, has decided to end the research. The remaining experiments are the only ones left. Once they have been observed and the experiments are complete, the program will end. The only question: What happens to them after they leave the facility?
The Characters
The characters, as stated, will be fused with animals. For example, someone who is fused with a boar may be given tusks and sharp hooves replacing their hands. The human-animal fusions are also given enhanced strength or speed, depending on the animal they are fused with. The facility only used predators so there will be no non-aggressive fusions. This means when designing your character they would need something to allow them to fight. Another example would be if someone was fused with an eagle, they could get talons to claw people and wings to be able to attack from above.
There can also be fusions of more than one animal but they would be more deformed and no more than two animals could be fused to a human. The current group of people are the last experiments in the program. That being said, as many people can join the rp (if enough interest is shown) as you would like and you can have however many characters you want, including experiments, doctors, guards, etc.
