After a exceedingly long rest against a rock, Edward got up and walked down the road to the town, hearing some of the bushes shake caused him to go into a defensive stance towards it. raising his shield to protect the top half of his body.


Two goblins came out and both began to circle around him, the one behind him rushed forward and hit the back of his leg,causing Edward to kneel down, in a almost instant procedure Edward's mace also connected with the goblin after he was down.


The goblin that attacked him stumbled a bit to his right before tumbling down into the high grass. His shield still raised, but not properly, was hit by the second goblin and forced the shield to hit Edward in the face. a second attack against his shield caused him to lower it, Edward swiped at the second goblin's leg and hit his kneecap, causing the goblin to fall down.


Thinking that the battle was over he cast Healing Touch. on himself, allowing him to breath significantly better but caused his joints to move with friction. the first goblin that he put down attacked him from the back causing him to fall over. raising his shield after he fell got him to block the next few attacks and in the corner of his eye the second goblin was starting to get back up. he waited for another strike then ran forward with his shield raised, shield ramming the first goblin down then hit it with his mace to make sure.


Looking at the second goblin that was now charging him with it's club. Edward raised his shield in preparation and hit the goblin after he hit his shield. using this opportunity Edward swing his mace and hit the goblin's arm and on the back swing hitting in the face.

Feeling worse than when he started Edward continued walking towards the town. each step making him feel a bit better due to his Healing Aura but not enough to make him feel perfect.


Arriving at town he took a rest near the gate, letting the Healing Aura run its course till he was felt perfect and was ready to go back out there.it would take a while,it scaled with his level and he is still level 1

Ruby felt... Strange. She blinked a few times and looked around her a bit. "What...? What's all this?"


The world seemed to unfold around Ruby. "Wow... This is cool!" A smile spread across Ruby's face. She started to run around, laughing joyfully. "This is incredible! Is this real?!" She looked around again at the people around her - Or at least what seemed to be people. She continued along blindly, still wide-eyed and happy. "This is great, but what do I do?" Ruby stopped and looked down at herself. She was wearing her school outfit, it seemed. Ruby sighed and frowned, since she had a sword on her as well, so she looked a bit weird. "I should go get armor, huh? That's what I'm supposed to do, isn't it? Besides, this won't protect me much."


Ruby thought about that for a second. "Hm... Maybe that can wait until I make a few suckers eat sword!" Ruby continued running along, her sword in hand, until she bumped into someone and fell backwards. Upon landing, her sword fell out of her grasp. "Hey, watch where you're going!" Ruby looked up at the person she had bumped into angrily. She groped about at the ground behind her for her sword and found it, then pointed it at the person. "Here, I'll put you in your place!" Ruby stood up as quickly as she could and got into a fighting stance.


She knew nothing about this game besides that she had a sword, and if she had a sword, she could fight.
