In the midst of a breakout whose sole creator is Bridge Corp., two teams of tactical operatives (employed by Bridge Corp.)—though the status of one another is unknown—must rid the city of its civilians in an attempt to lessen the outcome of witnesses; however, in their journey to extraction comes the realization that the corporation has dipped its fingers into something far more sinister.

A large manila envelope is handed over, a quick pass of glances before the document is opened. For now, there is silence, one that grips the document’s holder.

SUBJECT: TOP SECRET — OF VITAL IMPORTANCE

SITUATION: It has been discovered that there has been a recent outbreak in the city of CITADEL within the vicinity of the Bridge Corp lab during the final trials of the R-Virus. In this case, there have been too many witnesses. On December 21st, 2026, ALPHA SIX went AWOL, there has been no contact since and no way to contact them.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: Given the severity of this incident, it is vital to Bridge Corp.’s operations that all witnesses are exterminated; this includes all law enforcement as well. If contact is made with ALPHA SIX, ensure that all documentation is destroyed – the key is to not compromise this operation. Operatives must reach the Extraction Point at 0800 DECEMBER 25TH, 2026 at the Paracellus Building Rooftop.

Hi, hello and welcome to PROJECT BREAKPOINT, a horror roleplay inspired by the Resident Evil games (specifically Operation Raccoon City) and the SCP foundation. We’ve been planning this for a bit, so we’re super excited to finally post it! This is meant to be part action, part character-centric plot, following a team of operatives as they follow missions in a city breaking at the foundations. The overall vibe is meant to be darker, creepy and with a few scenes of relief here and there. As the team gets deeper and deeper into Citadel, however, something becomes painfully obvious - they weren’t as well briefed as they thought they were.

Feel free to ask any questions you might have! We’re really excited to get this off the ground and hopefully have a great roleplay experience! : DD

Be able to post at least once per week, with a two paragraph minimum. We understand life gets in the way, so this won't be that huge a problem, but we do want to keep the plot going!
