Private For Me And Insomi

Lumi tilted her head, it wasn't every day that she was encountered by some person "I suppose I could, I don't have a car but...where do you work? It's most likely around here". She could sort of recognize the voice, although she didn't realize it immediately because she didn't really seem to notice.

"I work at the Flower Shop and Botique." Brenna's words were in a hurry. The rain co tinued to pour down on them. "Could I at least borrow your phone if you have one so I can call work?" The girl's voice was pleading, and by now, Brenna was shivering and teeth chattering.

Lumi dug in her pockets and pulled out her phone, she handed it to the obviously panicking girl "That store huh? Well it's about a 45 minutes and since you are running late I see no point". Even if the girl in front of her was in panic, Lumi still held a smile it was odd if you think about it.

"Yes. Thank you SOOO much." Dialing the shop, Brenna explained to the boss where she was and why she wasn't work yet. Surprisingly, they gave Brenna the day off to get dry and the car fixed. When done with the call, Brenna handed back the ohone.

Lumi shoved the phone back in her pocket, "Any who I suppose your problem has been solved" she almost was about to clap her hands together but she soon remembered that there was an umbrella in her left hand. Lumi so on turned around, almost walking off.

"Well, almost...I live to far away to walk back and...I really, REALKY hate to ask and be a burden to you but...I was hoping if er...if...ah...We could go to your place?" Brenna bit at her lower lip and swallowed nervously. "I would just like to dry off before making more phone calls." Tthe girl fiddled nervously with her hands. "It's really fine for you to say no, I...I nean, I don't want to bother your day."

The girl turned back to the girl, "Mm well I have nothing better to do so I guess you can stay with me until you're satisfied" she again kept her grin which was sort of unsettling. She again turned back around, she twirled the umbrella under her fingers. Lumi turned her head over to the girl "come on now" she said in a soft tone before she started to walk. It wasn't every day that someone would come home with her.

"Thank you SOOO SOOOO very much." The girl followed the other woman. And as Brenna walked besides the other, soaked to the bones from the pouring rain, Brenna seemed to recognize the girl. Wait...Hadn't Brenna just seen this girl at the flower shop and boutique where she worked yesterday? Brenna was sure of it. Odd...For now though, Brenna decided not to worry about. What Brenna wanted was out of the rain and her car fixed.

"No need for any sort of 'thanks' I'm just being a kind person!" She hummed with a smile, she walked on the wet sidewalk along with the other. It took all of 15 minutes to return to Lumi's home, she unlocked the door and tossed her umbrella on the couch "Make yourself at home" she said happily.
