private 1x1 with JJennibee and Lizzy

Orin backed up a little bit when she looked at him and shrieked. He wasn't scary looking, atleast he didn't think so. He watched the strange girl run to the trunk and landed on the branch looking as her and she looked at him. She looked like a fairy, she just didn't have any wings. Maybe she lost them somehow? He lowered his wings and tilted his head walking forward slowly to get a closer look

She shrunk away slightly when the fairy came closer, really really wishing she had just stayed home. What if this fairy tried pushing her off so she'd fall to her death, or brought her to his friends or whatever and they tortured her or something? Her mind wandered to different scenes of bad things happening, but her terrified gaze never left the nearing fairy.

When Orin reached her about arms reach apart, he reached out moving her hair out of the way so she could see her ears, they were rounded, not pointed. He drew his hands back looking back at the girls eyes "what are you?" He mumbled for her to here but it was a question he asked himself unable to figure it out

She flinched lightly when her hair was moved aside, though met the fairy's gaze evenly. "Who are you?" She asked, using a stronger tone of voice rather than the small, timid, and scared one she knew she would be using if she kept talking.

Orin stood up straight when she asked such a question, his wings went up and fluttered lightly as he's stood but not enough for flight "I am Orin Farfeather son of captain Huri Farfeather head of the royal fairy gaurd" he said this proudly, it was his place in the colony as a warrior, his face was stern and when he was done he relaxed "now answer my question"

She raised an eyebrow at his sudden posture and seriousness. "Oh, well I'm Riva Lane. Human of the nearby town..." She this a little awkwardly, like she was unsure how to reply.

Orin tilted his head again a bit confused "a human?" He asked again raising an eyebrow, he had heard of those, some of the fairies called them giants. But she, she was normal size, to him at least "aren't humans supposed to be... Well you know a bit taller?" He nodded pretty sure that was correct

" Yes... Yes we are supposed to be taller I suppose. I am not really sure what shrunk me.. I was just sitting here, eating an apple a minute ago, and then suddenly I was tiny." She shruuges

Orin brought his hand to the back of his neck and rubbed it "well... Im Sure either" he lied deciding not to tell her. He wasn't sure what prompted him to do this but he did. He looked up at the sky seeing the sun set and then back down to the girl who called herself Riva. "Well I have to go, it's not good being out here in the dark, crows and all that" he nodded and was about to fly off

"So you're going to leave me here? I'll die!" She exclaimed in a rush Of words. She had never slept outside a day in her life. But now all of the usually not harmful creatures could eat her in one bite. They were faster and smarter than her, could see I'd the dark better, be bigger, and she couldn't fly or even get down on her own probably.

Orin looked back at her and groaned a bit. He should have been more careful, no he's stuck with the tiny human. "Fine..." He flew back over and grabbed her hands pulling her up in the air. When he was comfortable in the air he started to fly forward back to his oak.

She gave a soft whimper, staring downward with wide, terrified eyes. "Don't drop me..." She pleaded quietly.

"If I dropped you if have a bigger mess on my hands" Orin adjusted his grip on her a few times and eventually they got to the balcony if his room. If he brought her through the main entrance he would be in so much trouble. He landed her on the balcony and landed himself in front of her walking through the doors into the inside "make no sound"

She was silent the entire way. On the balcony she merely nodded, being cautious about her footsteps. She glanced around curiously however. So this is a fairy house? She thought.

When they were inside he trough his bags to the wall of the room. They were in the part of the trunk that was almost at the top, his father was d high rank so they had high living. Now all he had to do was make it seem like she was a fairy. Just with no wings. He walked over to a chest carved out of a walnut and rummaged through it. "Take off those clothes" he said as he looked for something of his to fit her into

"What? No!" She exclaimed, crossing her arms and glaring over at him. (short)

(It's ok)

Orin rolled his eyes and looked at her "if you want to stay in here you need to wear what we wear. If not I can put you back on that apple tree to he scooped up by crows" he glared a little bit in return "do you wan my help or not?"

"Ok, Yes I want your help...But how will I pass for a fairy if I don't have wings?" She asked, slowly letting her arms drop back to her sides and her glare faded.

"Let me handle that" he turned back to the chest and pulled out something that could probably fit her. He threw it in her direction "now put that on. I'm going to find something that can cover your ears" he turned going to a smaller acorn carved chest to find something

She eyed it uncertainly but slowly picked it up and commanded firmly, "Don't look at me." Then she quickly undressed and threw on the new clothes. Definitely not something she would wear with her own choice. "Ok...Done." She would hesitantly say.

Orin looked back and stopped his wings fluttering a little bit, if fit her well, a little too well. He shook his head reminding himself he was a human, a human, she wasn't even supposed to be here. He walked over and handed her one of his head bands "use this to cover your ears

Slowly she put it on and uncertainly asked, "Do I look ok?" (short again)

"And that matters how?"'he raised his eyebrow, they never really were concerned with their looks, it was their wings which defined them, where their rank was, how they live life. His were large and like a butterfly, that's all that really mattered. A wingless fairy had no identity, they didn't have a place, they weren't mistreated just taken pity on. "What were you doing in the apple tree?"

She frowned, "Never mind then..." When he asked the question she shrugged and answered, "I was trying to get an apple...They were out of reach so I climbed the tree..."

"Can't you get those other places, that can't be the only apple tree in the forest" he crossed his arms starting to glare slightly again, because of this stupid human he could lose his rank, despite his wings
