Spanning nearly 25-acres of land and nestled into our own private corner just out of New York City, Primiton is the hub of continuing education for all the supernatural and magic users across the world located right in one of America's most infamous city.

Lore
The Magical Realm
The Magic Realm exists on a parallel plane to the Main World. This realm is accessible only by magical and supernatural beings through a multitude of portals scattered about the world, known and visible to all magical beings. Though the magic realm is preferable to many, as it provides the freedom to exist in their natural form and use their abilities openly, it is a personal choice of whether families chose to live there or in the Main World, and mostly only traditional and segregated families tend to still spend their life in the Magic Realm, many not even glimpsing the Main World, while more modern and liberal families have chosen to make their home in the Main World, many enjoying becoming one with Human society and the freedom to chase non-magical interests.
Wizards
Wizards are human-esc magical beings that require a focus for most spells, and traditionally tend to use wands as their focus, though this has changed throughout the years. They are capable of all magic, despite their master element. Wizards can be found anywhere, blending into human society, though some still prefer to spend their life in the magical realm.
Witches
Witches are also human-esc magical beings, though these beings are infamous for their ancient and close-knit communities, called Covens, many families to this day bound to their coven, though there are equally many families that have strayed and scattered, blending into human society much like wizards. They were known to be some of the most powerful magic users, capable of using magic without a focus, casting spells with just their voice and an incantation, though the magic government has regulated witchcraft, deeming certain spells and practices illegal. They were once known as dark-magic users, even seen as a threat, and enemies to wizards. Though many have been able to shake this reputation, others still tend to be hesitant to trust a witch.
Magic
All races are magic users, though where wizards and witches can use any magic despite their master element, most other pure-blooded supernaturals can only use their race-specific elements. Mixed-race supernaturals can use the elements of all races in their bloodline, though they will still have one master element, normally aligning to their mother's race or the strongest bloodline.
Humans
Humans are often referred to with the slang term "non-users" or, the most derogatory term, "normies". Though uncommon, as many supernaturals look down upon the human race, and it is illegal to expose your true self to a human without filing the proper paperwork and gaining permission, half-human supernaturals are becoming increasingly common. These creatures are often looked down upon by their peers and are thought to have a duller magical ability due to their "impure" bloodline, though there is not enough scientific evidence to prove this idea. These "dull-blooded", "half-normie", and "dirty-magic" creatures are welcomed at Primiton, though many other students, and even some professors, still often look down upon them.
Races
An uncountable range of magical and supernatural races call the Magical Realm home. Frome the Angels who reside in a kingdom among the clouds and devout their lives loyally to the government and the maintaining of rule and order through the realms, to the shifters who hunt among the trees, to the cities, where all kinda mill in peace. Primiton welcomes all those capable of magic, mixed and pure-blooded, those raised by humans and those raised in high-walled conservative kingdoms. Any creature you can imagine, you can find, hidden among the humans or open and known in their home territories.

This rp is a modern-day rp where magic is still kept a secret from all non-users but supernatural creatures and magic users still have access to all technology and social medias, the magic government can and will punish all who out themselves or anyone else to a normie in any way, and will erase the memory of the normies.

Characters should be college aged, I will specify a range if I have to but just try to have reasonable ages.

If anything happens and I am out of commison, or even if im just offline, my co-gms (queens and kings) are top of the hierarchy and have full control and anyone with the Professor role is next in line.
