Oliver looked at her and smirked in return saying, "Since you're sticking with me and helping me, that makes me responsible fore you.", Oliver noticing her seemingly charming wink. He then says, "I have reason to believe that the person behind the murder of my best friend, Sebastian, was Monroe himself, the leader of Monroe Republic... He may be connected or have some insight on the blackout."

Her eyes narrowed at the name. "I know who he is. I dont like him though. I wish he were deadat my feet." She growled, looking down and sighing. "Sorry for that." She muttered, putting the gun powder into the engine. "Id hate to loose a best friend..."

He looked down at the ground and said, "I helped get him there...", he continues, "Monroe I mean... Monroe and I grew up together and I helped him rise to power, at first he was a good man, but he started to change and become reckless, killing people for all the wrong reasons. I left the militia for that reason, all this wouldn't of happened if I hadn't known better. Monroe targeted me and killed Sebastian to get back at me..."

((Seriously just say it: stupid idea cx

"Monroe doesnt seem like a nice guy." She said with a from. "But then again, i dont consider heartless murderers nice people." She said, trying to got a spark from a match. "That must suck for you, though, to know he did that without you..."

(( It isn't a bad idea, just it might change the dynamic a bit. ))

Oliver nod, watching her try and start the motorbike he sighs with guilt as he hears the helicopters he opens his bag and finds a makeshift pipebomb, "Stay here, get it started while I distract them.", he exits the alley soon after and lights the fuse of the pipebomb with a match and tosses it down the street, assuring that it flew under a militia caravan cart, blowing it up in a large explosion he hurries back into the alley saying, "That'll buy us some extra time, hurry."

She nodded. "Ill tey my best to get it goi-." She never got to finish that sentence. The engine roared, and her face lit up. "Do you know how to ride a motorcycle?"

Oliver looked at her with a unsure look and said, "Uh, yeah.", he hasn't rode one in years. But he hurried over and hopped on, pulling the clutch and clicking the bike into first gear he give the bike a bit of gas and looked back at Echo saying, "Get on, we probably should get going now..."

"Yeah. I know we should." She muttered, hopping onto the motorcycle. "Gas is limited. Lets go!" She said, her voice panicky.

((Night!

Oliver nodded, easing off the clutch and speeding out of the town, travelling quite a way from the town and began to become low on gas it would seem, a stop would be needed soon enough. But, as it stands, no one is around nor is any place or vehicle. Which means, hopes and dreams will only keep this bike going unless a town is up ahead on the road.

(( Night :P ))

Willow opened her eyes to a dark, grey sky. It seemed as if day and night in the city were the same, since the never-ending cycles of rain kept the sun hidden behind the clouds. She was staying to wonder if the sun has disappeared along with the electricity. The girl sat up from the puddle-ridden concrete alleyway and wrung the filthy water out of her hair. Faintly, in the distance, she could hear a sort of buzzing sound. Willow stood up on her bare feet and staggered over to the nearest building. There was a rusty metal staircase on the side which she climbed up in order to see farther off into the distance.

There it was. The one thing Willow had been waiting for.

Sure, it was faint, but it really was there this time.

A tiny cloud of dust, probably created by somebody.

A sign of life.

Oliver noticed a sudden loss of power in the bike as he neared a strange and dingy looking building, as they slowed down outside of the building, getting off the bike he could see that Echo had fallen asleep. (( Excuse to continue RP without her actually being here. )) Echo seemed to be in a deep state of sleep, probably tired from what had happened yesterday, he had picked up Echo, laying her next to the bike. Afterwards, Oliver grabbed the bike and walked it over to the side of the building under a slight sheltering roof. Heading back to Echo, he picked her up and carried her to the building, opening the door and entering, scoping it out he went up a floor and laid her down while he unraveled a sleeping bag and opened it up, carefully placing her in it and zipping it up to keep her warm.

He then stood up, looking out the large buildings window he watched as it began to rain heavily, without lightning, which eliminates thunder and the sound of a storm that Oliver had forgotten years ago before the power went out.

When the motorcycle stopped in front of the place 2 doors down, Willow would've cried tears of joy if she had any left. But the sky was crying, and that was enough for her. She carefully slithered down the steps and out onto the flooded streets. Lightning crackled overhead and the ozone stung Willow's eyes. She briefly stopped in front of the motorcycle and noticed a burning sort of smell.

It was running on empty... She muttered, knowing that the man and woman who rode in on it barely made it. She turned to retrieve the jug of gasoline the thugs had left a few weeks before but halted when she saw the water. It wasn't much yet, but the way the streets were designed caused rain to funnel out in large torrents. Willow blinked and backed away from the road, then turned to the house the 'visitors' were staying in. She had to warn them before their vehicle was washed away.

At the door, she knocked three times and spoke for the first time in a month: "Excuse me, but... you're going to have to move your motorcycle."

((DUDE DONT MAKE ME FALL ALS E E P THAT WILL ONLY MAKE ME SHIP THE CHARACTERS M O RE

Still asleep, Echo managed to shuffle around, cuddling against the sleeping bag. Thats when her brain went into overdrive. Since when did she have a sleeping bag? And when the hell did the motorcycle go?

'Forget the sleep.' She subconsciously said to herself. 'This doesn't seem righ-.'

Thats when she woke up, taking in her surrounding. They were in an abandoned building, maybe around 15 to 20 years old. It probably shut down after the power outage happened.

Sighing she made her way out of the the sleeping bag and stifled a yawn. She stretched her arms outward, before bringing one of them down, on top of her jet black hair. She walked over to where the doors were. Alrighty. Someone was here.

The question was, was it a stranger, or a guard.

She should let oliver decide. She wasn't in the best state to think through a whole paragraph as to who was outside. She'd probably get the answer right, but the effort seemed unneeded, so she waltzed back to her sleeping back. Wherever oliver was, he was most probably in the building.

Oliver had been resting, think about how he was going to confront Monroe if he ended up being face to face with him, it will be a dangerous situation to handle for Oliver. Monroe is a loose cannon, soon after a while, Oliver heard a sound of footsteps and dismissed is suspicions and knew it was Echo moving around. Suddenly, after he began to lean back and rest, a knock on the door was heard, Oliver didn't know who it might be or why they'd be knocking here. As he walked to the door he held his revolver in hand and opened the door quickly, aiming his revolver out the doorway at the person that been knocking.

Although getting a dangerous weapon shoved at her face seemed life-threatening to Willow, she somehow didn't flinch. Instead, she coughed twice and spoke again.

"Nice to meet you, too, sir. Like I said before, you're going to have to move your motorcycle. Unless, of course, you want it to be swept away in the runoff." she quietly repeated, pointing to the accumulating river that used to bee the street.

Oliver lowered his revolver and put it back into it's holster and said, "Right, thanks for the tip.", after saying that he walked towards the bike, walking it back to the doorway saying to the girl, "You got someplace to stay, you look a little wet.", as he said that, he placed the bike inside the building. He was bewildered to actually find someone else out here.

Willow laughed bitterly.

"All of these buildings are empty and have been for a while. Nobody lives here anymore. Except me, of course. I stay in the nearest place when it gets dark, whether it's an alleyway or a building."

"And why's that?" She asked from her sleeping bag, jumping into the converstion. She hadnt traveled this far before, and there hadnt been rumors of abandonded village. Her brain searched for answers. "I mean, why did you stay here? Where did the others go?" She Asked, hugging her sleeping bag.

"Hmm... the people who used to live here fled to the south when the rainstorms started getting worse. I used to be a part of the orphanage here, but having too many to care for on a big trip like that was too troublesome. Their solution was to either kill us or leave us to starve. A bunch of us stayed here because it's the only place we had ever known... but one morning, when I woke up, they had all vanished. I knew I couldn't survive the trip to another town, so I just stayed." Willow shrugged. "I guess it never really occurred to me before. So... why are you here?"

She paused, taking in all of the information she had heard. They had all vanished? Seemed unatural. Regardless, she placed her focus back onto the girls question.

"Why we're here?" She asked, thinking to the answer of the question. "Well, technically, we're here due to the fact that we were running from guards." She said with a nervous laugh.

"Guards? What'd you do, turn the power off?" she joked, then shook her head. "If they're following you here, I've got a good way to get rid of them all in one blow." she offered.
