Realistic or Modern Power School

Nat smiles sheepishly at the kitty, then pats it's head. "Well, fire powers are hard to control. One slip up, and you could burn down whole buildings, hurt people, and- nevermind. I wish I had something simple, and I like the thought of superspeed, I'm always late for stuff, so it would be awesome to be able to get somewhere early for once." She says, gently nudging the boy with her shoulder. "I wonder why that guy up there turned off my phone." She says, before heaving a confused sigh.

Chris was listening in on thier conversation. He then had heard her ask why did he turn off her phone. He sat back up and looked at them "Do you really want to know?"

Nat crosses her arms bravely and gives him a smirk. "Yes, I do. What are you, just somebody who likes to cause conflict?" She asks, trying not to sound like a smart ass. She then realizes how rude she might seem, so she uncrosses her arms and takes in a deep breath. "Sorry, but yes I would like to know why." She says with a calm tone. She was obviously in a bipolar mood at the moment, so she hoped he wouldn't antagonize her.

Crispin stared silently, his eyes flicking between the two anxiously. He didn't want to get involved if they were going to fight; to be honest, he hoped it wouldn't lead up to that. Ezra curled up, eyes wide.

Damein watched the two closely as he reappeared from the shadows laughing silently to himself he always did find other people's arguments amusing that was one if the only ways you'd get him to smile or laugh "this year's gonna be pretty entertaining" he said this time out loud.

Nat stops looking at Chris for a moment and looked over the boy across the aisle, he seemed entertained. She smiles slightly, and tries to keep her laughter in. It all really was amusing, starting an argument over a cell phone, it's crazy. But it wasn't an argument just yet, only a discussion. She turns back to Chris with an expectant look, as she raises her eyebrows.

He gave a smile seeing her change moods so fast. "Think of it as a test. I need to know which kids can control themselves and which can't. Its nothing personal but it does give me a better perspective of people." He then heard Damien talking and just cocked an eyebrow at him.

"Look, that's the only reason I'm coming to this school, to learn to control my power, and it's not helping when people like you come and cause trouble at the worst time possible, okay?" She says, glancing nervously out the window, then quickly averts her gaze to her hands trying not to think about water.

He continued smiling "Oh don't worry, my perspective of you is almost complete. I can already tell your temperamental and judging by the way your acting you sure don't like water. You also seem to be a phone nut." He looked over to Damien, something seemed off about him. Well everyone here is off so he wasn't sure what it was with Damien that made him feel uncomfortable.

"I'm not really a phone nut, more of a music nut. Music and fire are the only things that calm me, and seeing as I can't really control my fire I use music as a coping mechanism. When you shut of my phone, you shut off my music and I kind of lost it." She says, pushing a strand of her hair out of her face. "I'm sorry if I came off as rude. I'm kind of bipolar right now, you're right about the water thing." She says, then gives a small smile.

Yayna, who had just about snoozed off in a seat towards the back, looked at the two teeny bops who were arguing. Yawning, she got up and slyly moved to a seat closer, only to find it was closing to an end. "Aw, did I miss all the commotion?" Her voice was smooth and full of morbid emotion. "I hear you don't like water so much? Bummer!" She gasped in fake astonishment, giggling as she looked down.

Damein laughed slightly as another girl made her way to the back and made a comment about Nat's fear of water thats the type of humor he loved anything so cruel but yet playful at the same time was amazing to him "ah so many personalities I'll have to make sure to remember you all" he said in a dark but calm voice as he looked over each and every one of them.

Nat looks down after the girl's comment. "Um, yeah." She says, then glares in Damien's direction. "Hey, how about you join in the conversation if you're so interested." She says to him, as she starts to tap her wrist in a nervous way. She looks back in the direction of the girl who had just joined in and bites her lip, trying to keep from saying something she shouldn't, but it just slips. "Who asked you anyway?" She asks, and then mentally slaps herself.

Damein smiled evily as he slowly removed his hood and looked Nat directly in the eyes "wow you're a feisty one aren't ya" he said with what might have been a smile no matter whatever he did had a certain dark feeling to it thats what made most people be cautious around him they never knew what would set him off.

Riley stood up on the seat and started to climb over people "move your heads" she yelled kicking a girl in the face a smile creeped across her lips evilly then sat with the kids who actually were talking. "Hey guys, whats up and umm who are you?" she asks sitting down in the seat looking over at them.

Yayna looked at Natalie, her expression mocking. Water started trickling down the window beside Natalie. "No one asked. It's just a little personal." She smiled a wicked smile. The water pulled back out of the window as Yayna directed her attention towards Damien. "You're neat."

"I'm Yayna. And you're cute." Her eyes sparkled at Riley who had thrown herself over seats.

"And so is your kitty." She grinned at Crispen. She had a soft spot for animals. Especially kittens.

Nat shudders as the water nearly reaches her and scoots as far from the window as possible. "She can control water? Seriously?" She asks herself angrily. She tries to ignore it, seeing as she felt heat flying through her quickly. She turns to look at the girl who had just sat down, she was obviously wanting to be in the middle of things, which was fine, the more attention directed away from Nat the better. She gives an unconvincing smile. "I'm Natalie." She says shakily, and she sighs.

Chris didn't like the fact that so many people joined in on the conversation. It made it harder for him to get a better perspective. "Well I guess I'll introduce myself, since so many people joined the conversation. My name is Chris Tucker. I'm a Rank A technopath."

Damein looked chris over a technopath not much he should worry about "well I guess I'll give kids a slight introduction I'm damein a half demon, and master of umbrakinesis" he said trying to keep it short and sweet he never really liked talking for long periods of time so he always kept things simple.

Yayna jumped from her seat and quickly scooted into the one Damien was sitting in. "You smell nice." She whispered in his ear. "You smell like trouble." She slowly tucked a piece of his hair over his ear and danced off towards where Chris was sitting and sat beside him. She would need more information to get at him.

"well then im riley" she spoke standing up on the seat looking over at Damein and laughed "wow your fine with fully exposing yourself, Nice" she added fixing her hair.

Damein smiled at both the girls comments but he was more interested in what riley said "of course its not like anyone would dare try anything because I'd end them in a heartbeat" he said as his eyes almost immediately went cold at the thought of anyone trying to harm him.

Chris cocked an eyebrow at Yayna, she seemed to be energetic. "Is there something I can help you with?" He looked back to Damien. I knew there was something wierd with him. He could prove quite interesting. His comment made Chris even more interested in him.

As soon as Damien said those words Nat turns her head towards him quickly. "Are you kidding me?" she asks herself. This boy here, sending out a death threat? This made her think he was all bark and no bite, I mean why threaten if you could carry out? Her eyes automatically rolled and she turned her attention to her palms, where she easily started weaving a flame through her fingers again.
