So dumb question, but what kind of powers can elemental holders use?

I don't really think that's a dumb question, it's good to have clarification on such things. Elemental holders are able to have powers pertaining to fire, water, lighting, etc. For example, someone that is an elemental holder may be able to create fire, or even in a rare case if someone has high levels of etiorite in their blood may be able to summon a small storm. If you still aren't sure just ask, and I'll happily answer.

So are they limited to one power?

Also, if they are able to summon storms does that mean that they can have more than one element?

Whether or not they are limited to one power depends on their etiorite levels and what their power(s) would be. If someone only has etiorite levels on a scale of 2 they could have multiple powers, but they'd all be related to one another, and wouldn't be able to do much.

If someone is strong enough to summon a storm, then they could hypothetically have more than one element, but if they are only an elemental holder I'd highly recommend keeping the elements closely related.

Since we've covered the bases on Elemental powers slightly. I'd like to ask, with the physical-based power users. Is there a likelihood of body alterations or just enhancements to the regular human body?

If you mean alterations like changing hair and eye color, height, or certain body parts, then yes that would be a possibility along with enhancements to a regular human body. I'm assuming that's what you meant? If not, could you try to be more specific?

This does answer part of the question I had. My apologies for the umbrella statement of a question I proposed. I suppose to pinpoint on my question it would better be asked as. Would there be any extreme alteration? Ex. A tail, extra limb(s), Horns. Something exceptionally different from the typical human.

Oh no that's perfectly fine, don't worry about it! Balanced holders do have these abilities, I've made it that with physical holders it is a possibility but a slim one, so if you were making a character that was a Physical holder, then there would be a possibility of it, that being said if you aren't sure on something about your character specifically you can ask me about that as well.

Some questions:
1. How many classes/extra-curric. are we supposed to be choosing?
2. Can we choose from the advanced classes?
3. What are the requirements to enter an advanced class?
4. Can you give examples of different Etiorite-levels?
5. Are there any advantages to having a low Etiorite-level?

I'm also interested in taking on the role of a Defector if you could PM me about that.

I'll be posting a lore thread later today regarding these questions, but in the interest of keeping you from waiting too long, I'll address them now.
1. There are 4 core classes for the first 6 years at PHA, the courses are actually that long. Extra-Curric is optional for students but is required information on the sheet. So you wouldn't have to choose one. Extra-Curric can be more for the fun aspect. The core classes will be up today with the lore..
2. You CAN pick from advanced classes
3. Requirements would be your character is 15 and up (with an occasional exception if their power is high enough), and you'd have to pass the entrance exam which has 8 parts which would be a part of the roleplay if your character hadn't already done it. The 8 parts will be included in the lore.
4. The etiorite levels range from 0 (a regular human) to 100 (EXTREMELY powerful, rare). If your levels are high you'd be 70 and up, if they're middle ground 40-69, if they're low 1-39. This will be better explained in the lore.
5. Yes, with low etiorite levels, in order to survive, natural selection took place so people with low etiorite levels evolved to the point where they could have multiple abilities not branching off one another if they don't have that there is a rare ability that seems harmless, but in dire situations will become very powerful. Another thing about low etiorite-level, is that since they wouldn't be reliant on their abilities they'd be more prone to learning hand-to-hand and weapon combat, which is VERY useful.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it so that the higher etiorite level a character have, the less blood they have. Wouldn't that mean that another weakness those with high etiorite level are physically weaker than those with lower levels?

That's one of the reasons they specialize with their powers than hand-to-hand and weapon combat! I'm glad you pointed it out.

I was thinking of making a balanced character with teleportation as physical, and wind bending as a elemental is that ok?

The character has their setbacks, and the etiorite levels are high enough, what part of their character is overpowered for you?
For starters, her physical power grants her way too many powers. Secondly, whole being able to summon flames with the "capability to turn stone to dust" part.
