[Cayo]

Pacey gave a fake smile. He didn't want to go with Tobias. In fact, he wanted to beat the crap out of him. He still held a pretty good poker face. Toby wasn't really scary, just creepy. Really creepy.


"Well, we had better get going. Did you have any plans other than robbing people? 'Cuz I plan on getting some gym badges and catching some Pokemon." Pacey looked at Tobias with a hopeful look.

"No." Toby ground his teeth together as he started to walk past Pacey. "I plan on hitting the next town, find some pokemon, and move on as fast as I can." The red eyed teen only made a small gesture as Shadow started to follow him.


"You coming, fresh meat?" Toby gave Pacey the nickname as he turned around looked at him. Shadow just stuck his tongue out at the trainer and mocked him. "Geeen, Gengar!"

 

[Kasai Fusui]

The young girl hearing all of that decided to follow them, but just as she was about to follow them, a twig snapped under her foot. She gasped and turned back around hoping it had gone unnoticed.

 

[Cayo]

Pacey heard something behind him, but was feeling too lazy to turn around. He was rather happy with Tobias' answer.


"Hey, Tobias, is there something behind me?" Pacey was rather worried, as he didn't feel he could defend himself, except with Phil. But Phil wasn't very strong yet. He hoped it was nothing too dangerous.

 

[RolePlayQueen]

"Starters," The red eyed teen started as he turned around. "call me Toby, not 'Tobias.'" Toby only looked at the girl standing behind Pacey as he stared blankly. "Not, dangerous, no."


"How much did you hear, miss?" Toby only stayed emotionless as he looked over at the trainer. Shadow already frowning at the sight of another meddlesome human.

 

[Cayo]

Pacey nodded his head when Tobias said to call him Toby, but Pacey would call him Tobias anyway. Just to push his buttons.


Pacey was pleased to hear that it was just a girl who heard. Rather than turn around he just said, "I'm guessing you heard all of that. Otherwise you wouldn't follow us. Tobias, just threaten her. I'm sure she'll agree then." Pacey internally cringed at what he said. He felt bad, but he needed to keep his charade up. Just for now at least.

Toby rolled his eyes as he looked over at Pacey. "Why would I threaten her?" The tone the teen took was an oblivious one of sarcasm. "She can go and tell if she wants. It's not like it'll do her any good." The red eyed teen soon turned back around as Shadow laughed at Pacey's face.


"Just because I threaten you doesn't mean that's what I usually do." Toby placed his hands inside of his pockets as he started to walk once more. "If she pesters me and makes a threat to tell if I don't give her things then I'll threaten her." As long as he ran no risk of being caught, the white haired male could care less if someone followed.

 

[Kasai Fusui]

The girl watched as the red head turned around. She had a feeling that he was one not to be messed with. "I heard everything. And i think you have more important things to worry about than me following you." She said looking at parcy. "You look horrible. Are you alright?" She said looking at all of his injuries.

 

[Cayo]

Pacey was slightly touched at her worry for his injuries... Or not. He already had the help he needed. "I'm fine. I've played sports twenty-four-seven most of my life, I've had much worse." That was a lie. He had never been attacked by Pokemon. The pain he felt from those Pokemon was incomparable to any injury he ever had in football, baseball, or wrestling.

Toby sighed as he looked at the two. He really didn't want to wait and stay at this place any longer. "Will you two hurry it up?" The teen only stared at them as Shadow looked annoyed. Both trainer and pokemon knew it wouldn't be long before an Officer Jenny came along. "I sadly don't have all day to sit here waiting."

 

[Cayo]

"No objection here Tobias," Pacey said on purpose. He started to walk along at a somewhat normal stride. Much better than the day before. He looked back at the girl. "Are you coming? If you are, I could use a hand and a name," Pacey said, flashing a quick smile.

 

[Kasai Fusui]

She nodded and followed along next to him as eevee jumped down off her shoulder so she could help him. "My name is Kasai. Kasai Fusui." She said. "How can i help?" She said offering him her hand to shake.

 

[RolePlayQueen]

Toby waited for the two as Shadow tapped his little foot on the ground. The red eyed male only grunted a little at being called Tobias. "Keep calling me that and Shadow will make you never have a dream again." The Gengar smiled widely as he flicked his tongue at Pacey.


"It's nice to meet you by the way, Kasai." Toby only turned his head slightly as he said that.

 

[Cayo]

"I just need a support. You mind me putting my arm around you?" Pacey said, happy for some help. "It's nice to meet you. Oh, and Tobias. I only have nightmares, so have at it." That was a lie, but Pacey wanted to frustrate Tobias. "And this is Phil," Pacey said, releasing the Squirtle.

 

[RolePlayQueen]

"Don't spout lies to a man who actually has nightmares every night." Toby kept calm as he stared at the Squirtle. Shadow was already interested as he moved closer and closer. An impish smile on his face.

 

[Kasai Fusui]

She nodded at pacey, letting him put his arm around her. "Its nice to meet you both. This is eevee, and this is my jolteon." She said pulling out a pokeball and releasing her jolteon.


Her jolteon looked around and sniffed the newcomers. First squirtle, then gengar. She stuck close to kasai, in an attempt to protect her should she need it. Kasai continued walking following toby. "So where are we headed toby?" She asked curiously.

 

[Cayo]

"I think if we cut through the forest we can get to Acucorde without bein seen," Pacey answered, stealing Tobias' question. He found it much easier to walk with help. "But thanks to the thief, we can't stay in Pokemon Centers. Err... he can't. Booyah! I can sleep without you around!" Pacey cheered impulsively.

 

[RolePlayQueen]

Toby only ignored Pacey as he looked at Shadow. "Just because I can't sleep in a Center doesn't mean Shadow can't." The Gengar looked at Pacey with a scary smile on his face. The red eyed teen had his own smile. "It doesn't matter, I like sleeping outside anyway."


Toby cracked his knuckles as he looked up at the sky for a moment. "More freeing without any walls to bring me down."

 

[Kasai Fusui]

Kasai nodded. She didnt really care whether she slept in a bed or on the ground. "I dont sleep much at night but feel free to stay there pacey." She said to him with a smile. She looked at eevee who was staring at gengar with an odd expression. Usually eevee was friendly to new pokemon. She wondered whatwould make her pokemon stare like that but she shook her head and kept walking, telling herself she would check on eevee tonight after both boys were asleep.

 

[Cayo]

Pacey continued walking, until he spotted a Fletchling. The opportunity he was waiting for.


"Hey, I want that Fletchling! Phil, go out with a water gun!" Pacey ordered, while pointing with his arm that wasn't touching Kasai. Phil shot the accurate spray of water at the bird who was drenched by the attack.

 

[RolePlayQueen]

Toby only smiled as he looked at Shadow. Leaning down, the white haired boy whispered to him. "Use Hypnosis on Phil." The Gengar laughed deviously as he nodded and went towards the squirtle slowly.

 

[Kasai Fusui]

Kasai saw the ghost type heading towards phil. "Jolteon, keep the ghost away so that pacey can catch fletchling." She said. Her jolteon lept in between squirtle and gengar and glared at the ghost type.

 

[Cayo]

Pacey was focused on the Fletchling, until Jolteon jumped out. "Thanks Kasai. Phil, hurry up and knock it out with dragon pulse!" Squirtle shot not a blue-red blend of energy, imbued with the power of dragons. It was a direct hit on the wet Fletchling and the bird Pokemon couldn't get of the ground.


"Hey, Kasai, can you throw the ball for me?" Pacey asked, handing over the pokeball.

Shadow only smiled at Jolteon as it held a shadow ball in his hand. "Gengar~" The ghost pokemon only spun the little ball of energy on his finger. Toby only looked at Shadow and shook his head. "No, don't attack it." The red eyed pokemon pouted as it threw the shadow ball at a tree. "Gen... Gengar."
