I'm always surprised that nobody brings up Yanmega in these types of discussions.


Platinum: Its jaw power is incredible. It is adept at biting apart foes while flying by at high speed.


B/W2: It prefers to battle by biting apart foes' heads instantly while flying by at high speed.


There's also a few eateries about the fact that it's so big that it can carry full-grown adults and dislodge trees if it flaps hard enough, but the decapitation ones always stuck with me. Can't imagine why!

There used to be a huge deer called the megaloceros. Now we have deer, moose, caribou. And we used to have the megaladon, a massive shark.
