ElectiWorkshop - Electivire is an amateur inventor/craftsman, and he created the electrical street lamps system for the town street powered by a generator behind his workshop. A few months years ago, Electivire rescued a young pair of twins, Plusle and Minun from an enraged Skarmory. With the young pokemon having nowhere to go and empty bellies, Electivire took them in, and has even begun training them to one day succeed him and run his workshop.
Kecleon Brothers Imported Wares - A global enterprise of Kecleon with a monopoly on the trading Rescue exploration gear and equipment. Short of going directly to a craftsman or a farmer, if you need to buy goods, look no further than a Kecleon Brothers store.
Note: Just because you see a Kecleon, don’t automatically assume that they are a salesman, that's a racist stereotype!
Kangaskhan's Storage Facility - Momma K keeps all your important treasures and items safe for a minimal biweekly fee.
Dusk Banking Inc. - Another PokèCorporation spanning the globe. The rates of far and they do an excellent job guarding deposited funds. Only a handful of Pokèmon have successfully robbed a Duskull teller, though most were quickly found by the Dusknoir enforcers before the police could even open an investigation.
Blissey’s Daycare - As with every catastrophe and tragedy many young Pokèmon are left abandoned and alone, some even leaving behind their eggs in the chaos. This is where Blissey and her team of caretakers step in. Hundreds of Pokèmon have called her Daycare home, and many still consider her and her team their family. Blissey, Clefairy, Jigglypuff, Sunflora, and Lopunny work extremely hard to take care of, raise, and supervise up to 25 children, sometimes more.
Triple M Dojo - Offering a variety of different styles in combat training, Marowak, Mienshao, & Medicham have trained some of the top performing Pokèmon in the world today. Much like The Treasure Town Guild, many Pokèmon travel far and wide just to trained at the Triple M Dojo.
Pelipper Mail - Signing up with Pelipper mail is rather easy and completely free though no one is sure of how the keep track of all their clients mail and where its it's supposed to go.
Inner Peace healing - A free clinic started by Gardevoir. The Chimecho and Chingling are essentially nurses, taking care of you best they can until someone with better ability can help. Xatu, Gothitelle, Drowzee, and of course Gardevoir are the doctors, capable of healing more serious wounds.

Magneton Prison - An underground prison constructed to house the worst criminals the world has to offer. Its exact location is only known to high ranking Officers.
The Pokémon Rescue Explorers Regional Building - The foundation that ranks and keeps track of a Rescue Teams success and failures as well as funds local guilds and other endeavors to ensure the health and safety of all pokemon. A regional building is located on each continent with the main building being located on the wind continent.
