Bio: Katy Gervais' cold hearted younger brother and current most influential member of the second circle of the NTG (New Team Galactic) which was formed by Katy Gervais, who went missing years ago, and is currently lead by Deoxys and his two consultants, Jirachi and Uxie. He's wanted in every region for various major crimes, but has yet to be caught. He joined the NTG right after it's formation, and helped it wipe out the old Team Galactic. He ensured there were no survivors other than those who pledged allegiance to the NTG.


(Here's a little info on how the NTG is organised. There are 8 circles. The leader and his two consultants are the first circle, the second circle are the six most powerful members, and every circle after that is various members of certain categories, with the eighth being all of the grunts. The lower number the circle is the more influence they have on the leader's decisions. The leader can only be changed through a battle. If the current leader wins they remain leader, if the challenger wins they become the new leader and the old leader moves down to the second circle. Only the second circle members can challenge the leader, but any member of any circle can change circles if they fit the requirements for that circle.)

She doesn't usually take fights seriously, and draws them out for as long as she can before finishing off her opponent. She's known for beating most of the Legendaries with ease. Even when there are more opponents then anyone could possibly handle she's practically unbeatable. Her defensive and offensive power is currently unrivaled by anyone, and her speed is much faster then Deoxys when it's in its speed form. She's only ever gotten serious once, and that was during a battle with Lugia. Lugia had insulted her, and she finished Lugia off with a single blow, almost killing it.
