Quirk Explanation: Can create and weave illusions that can trick the sense of sight, touch, smell, taste, and sound even make feel so real that it can activate pain waves in peoples brains and sometimes even to the point of death. He can even change appearances temporary or turn completely invisible or weave creatures or people that look and feel real.
Quirk Flaws: The stronger a persons will the harder it is to trick their senses especially if they know his power plus his head can start hurting if he over uses it especially if he is constantly using it on groups of people within a short amount of time which could result in loss of consciousness.

Stylish: Hitomi really likes the street fashion of Japan, especially the Rokku Gyaru style. Even though she may ruin most of her outfits, she aims to dress nicely and in a way fits her.
Reckless. Hitomi is a girl of action for better or worse. Her feelings can cloud her judgement easily causing her to attack an enemy that she may/may not be prepared to handle.

Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Explanation: Pyromancy allows Hitomi to create flames and consume her body in flames making her fireproof. She can also shoot fireballs at her enemies and control or extinguish small fires. Her quirk makes it seem as though there is an eternal fire burning within her eyes.
Quirk Flaws: Hitomi can’t produce her quirk in rainy weather or cold environments making it imperative that she stays dry. Her civilian clothes and teammates can be affected by her quirk if she isn’t paying attention around her, Overexertion can lead to Hitomi overheating and dehydrating so she has to drink a lot of water. Even more than anyone else.
- Growing up, her parents didn't want her to solely rely on her quirk, so they signed her up for Taekwondo. Currently, she is a red belt with a black stripe.
- Hitomi's father is an electrical factory manager and her mother is a seamstress from South Korea.
- Hitomi's family moved to Musutafu when Hitomi was in her second year of middle school. In their previous town, there was an incident at her father's job that has severely affected his health.

Appearance:
A boy sitting at roughly six foot, just over two hundred pounds. His hair is medium length and quite shaggy, not really kept up with that much attention. He has a fairly muscular build, not really wanting for much when it comes to his own looks. However, he does have a pair of birthmarks, one, a thin line going up his right arm, from the elbow to the shoulder. The other a large circle resting on his left calf. He does have an eyepatch covering one of his eyes, the reason he's never told a soul.
Personality:
Rumar is a bit of a show-off, always trying to impress those around him with just how powerful he thinks his ability is. In a conversation with the boy, it's likely that he'll refer to himself as the best, Mr. Fantastic, and plenty of other self-given nicknames. Though, this all falls under the typical cliche of self-loathing, constantly worried that people will see him in a pathetic state, or need to save him.
Because of this, Rumar has adopted an all-or-nothing attitude towards his missions and tasks. Be it in combat or just a simple delivery, he does everything in his power to make sure it's completed and completed well. This tends to get him in a bit of trouble, and has actually caused him to need help from other's far more times than he'd prefer.

Quirk: Skeletal Manipulation
Type: Manipulation
Explanation:
Rumar is able to control his own bones to varying degree. This includes forcing the bone out of his body and manipulating it into an assortment of weapons or an exoskeleton. Because of this mutation, Rumar possesses much more durable bones than the average person, so much so that an oncoming car would barely damage him in his 'armored' state, only shoving him back a small ways.
He's able to sharpen the bone as it exits his body to create his exoskeleton, creating a weapon that's attached to his body. These 'blades' are as sharp as a blade, able to cut through most things an average sword would be able to. This also allows him to heal broken bones much faster than the average person (this applies only to his skeletal structure, not other injuries his organs and rest of his body may take)
Quirk flaw:
Human Physiology - While Rumar's bone's are more durable than most, he still has a limited amount of bone in his body that he can manipulate. Even with Bone Shaving, the process in which he shaves parts of his bone down in order to increase the output his body can give, he's got a cap that he can't break. This causes him to make choices on whether it's important to protect his body if part of his armor is broken, or risk leaving an opening in order for more offensive output.
Birthmarks - Rumar has two birthmarks, one on his neck, the other on his leg, which are the only parts of his body he's able to safely move his bone out of his body. These areas seal up when his bone retreats back into his body, but if those areas are injured he has higher than average bloodloss, possibly leading to his death.
Frailty - When Rumar creates his 'exoskeleton', he's using bones from inside of his body which are normally used to protect his organs. Instead if his exoskeleton is broken, he's little more than a meatsack at the mercy of others.
Calcium Requirement - Even with the ability to speed up his bone's recovery, the materials have to come from somewhere. Because of this Rumar has to constantly take supplements, drink milk, whatever is needed to grow and mend bones.
Focus - Rumar has to maintain focus on his exoskeleton and weapons in order to maintain it. Large doses of pain or going unconscious will cause the bone to recede back into his body, unable to protect him any longer.

Quirk Explanation: Surface Slide allows Ojō to manipulate a surface she is Touching. She can Either change the consistency, State, surface texture or durability of one type of Material or she can shift herself into 2D in the surface of said object which she called Monet.
Quirk Flaws: Hitomi can’t change an object that has a composite material, she cannot also change the surface of a liquid or gaseous substance.Any material surface ahr change can only stay at that state while her hand is touching the material, it would revert to its normal state once she removes her hand.
Ojō's abilty Monet ,can only shift into 2D mode within 15-30 minutes due to the ability being stamina Intensive. She also cannot use her Monet with her Surface Manipulation.
- Growing up in an orphanage, Ojōnever knew her Biological Parents. She ran away from the orphanage at 8 and had lived in the streets Until she was adopted by a cop named Zurushi Korozen.
- When she was living in the streets, Ojō hanged out with several street gangs and learned how to pickpocket, con and lockpicking, she considered it her most embarassing shame.
- Zurushi family Comprised of 4 people. Korozen Zurushi, a Cop with a Post cognition Quirk. Rin Zurushi, Korosen's Wife who has a Tentacle Transforming Quirk. With Ojōand their 5 year old Younger sibling Minachou have moved to Tokyo when Korozen was promoted to be Chief Investigator of Tokyo's Crime Unit.
