So incase either of you care, I reworked the entire fight between the officers as I did OP the crap out of Mitchel's powers previously. It is edited now so he doesn't expend so many constructs and/or energy to get rid of the two of them. The same basic idea happens, but it is nowhere near as complicated now. You don't have to read it unless you want to.

I was about to give up and use an animal hybrid generic person, but this idea hit me and gave me hope once more. I'll probably be enjoying playing this character a lot more than my others.

Well.....simply clueless.....I guess you could say that. I make it so that he still thinks Penny is pretty human in the sense that she isn't too dangerous. He doesn't know about her hunger issues.
