The Charming Llama
Chisuke had been in his office when he got the emergency alert. He watched the scene unfold, followed by the announcement. The stranger knew exactly who was behind the camera, despite not showing their face. "So, he's finally moving his plan into motion," he sighed to himself as he stood up, "then there's no time to waste." Chisuke left, heading to the gym. The new generation of heroes needed to be trained, they needed to be ready.
Chisuke arrived at the gym, no longer in his gear, and waited for everyone to arrive. At that point, he began speaking.

"Umiko, your strength is an asset. I dare say it's what helped you and your classmates succeed today. But you need to improve your stamina. You pass out in the field, fighting a villain, they will not hesitate to take advantage of that. You will die."

"Dexter you're fast, use that. Train yourself to strike at weak points quickly. I'll also warm you now, don't focus on using your horns. They could be effective, but relying on them too much will hinder you in a situation where you fight a villain that will counter."
Pumpkid
"Lupe, your copies made it difficult for me to focus during the fight. They will make it difficult for villains to during a fight too, but only if you have focus. When I hit them with my bo staff, they immediately started arguing. That happens during a fight with a villain? You will die."
"Nathan, your silk made for a good containment field. It kept me in one area and limited manuevabilty, use this. But, you will also need to train it to be used in more combat scenarios. Train yourself to trip enemies during a fight, for example."
Megilagor
"Your fighting was effective, but needs more training. You need to learn more, train harder and learn how to take full advantage of the enemy."

"I haven't had the pleasure of seeing you in combat yet, but when I do I will give feedback as well."
Chicken then moved to a table that had been set up with several black vests. The keen eyed would see them as kevlar. "As of now, training starts," he announced, "first lesson. Pain tolerance. Fighting a villain will involve pain, especially for those without strong quirks. So, we train ourselves to resist pain. Get used to it, so in the field we can ignore it and keep fighting. With that being said, everyone put on a vest. You're going to learn what it's like to get shot."
