You could have them go try to bust Todd and Black mask. Like half the gear has likely been trucked up and shipped off. You could try and stop them as they finish the shipments. It will be a difficult fight but not an unwinnable one.

Its fine i actually have a 5th hero in the works. Changed my mind about uncle sam. Im sure you will find this hero both familiar and surprising. But he is gonna be in gotham trying to take the shipment down. Perhaps he calls for help after a failed attempt to stop them.

ChazGhost hey there buddy. So liono is about to drop in at the docks. There are two ways this can go down.

1. You and Red hood attack along with your thugs. Liono drops almost all of the men, pounds on Red hood and you can choose to help or flee with the rest of the thugs and the guns.

2. You guys realize how oblivious he is and how useful he can be after he casually spanks the thugs you send to escort him out. Then using your superior intellect and masks notoriously devious manner of speech to get him on your side. Gaining a powerful temporary ally.

Your call im open to any suggestions you might have.
