I can't Sleep
Welcome to the lore sheet of Persona: First Awakening! This will cover the lore of the world of Angel Island of the enemies/characters and important information. I hope to have the lore be understood by reading this sheet, as I am a terrible person to explain things. If you have any questions, please dm me.
Angel Island is the main hub of the game and where the players will spend their time when they are out of the Dark World. Angel Island is pretty busy city with the population of 100,000 inhabitants. Like any city, it has various shops and places to eat, and also fun things to do. However, the city is under control of the Davenport Group right now, and they have quite a tight hold over it. Davenport Group has influence in the city's politics and decision making, as seen with their moles in the city government. Despite this, Angel Island is considered a good place to live by many people.
Important locations
Fort Angle- Davenport's main laboratory and is at the edge of the island.
City Hall- Where the first dungeon is located, and where the city council members have meetings.
Velvet Room Door- Where the players can visit the Velvet Room and speak to Igor or Ruth about anything. They can also get items of special value for helping out Ruth. This is located in the town square and can't be seen by non-persona users.
Subway Station- The place where Players can use to get around Angel Island easier.
Police Station- Where the players can get gear upgrades from Ichigo.
(To be determined)- Investigation team's hideout.
The Dark World is the home of the word ending deity Prometheus and the Dark Ones. Due to Davenport Group, the Dark World crosses into Angel Island every Saturday morning. Tons of shadows feed on humans during that time, and cause damage to them. The gatekeeper releases the shadows onto Angel Island and is the first challenge that the Investigation team face. The entity guards the entrance to the main kingdom grounds. Upon defeating the gatekeeper, the first dungeon will reveal itself. The players can move around the Kingdom grounds to access different dungeons, which will open according to events in the story. The Dungeons will have power levels.
