*Make sure you've been accepted by me into the RP before posting a CS! Details can be found in the interest check (Maybe link here?)


Welcome to the character sheet maker! Unlike most roleplays, there's not one, not two, not three, but ten different character sheets to use! So which one do you use? Well, each one corresponds with one of the ten playable factions. More info on the factions can be found in the Lore section. Keep in mind this is only the required stuff you need for the CS. If you have extra information, like the appearance of your character's gun or the theme song of your character, feel free to add it! Be sure you have read the Lore section of the roleplay before creating your character, all the important information can be found there. Here are some things you should keep in mind while creating your character:
  • All characters are human.
  • If you would like to just describe your character without an image, please be very, very detailed.
  • At the beginning of the roleplay, none of your characters will be able to actively manipulate Ern. Don't worry, this will change very soon.
  • You cannot have the same faction as another player. So don't apply for the same faction as an already accepted character sheet.
  • Some factions may seem weak. That's because they are. But some factions also might get stronger in the future....
  • None of your characters are starting with Artifacts.
  • For the sake of an interesting roleplay, you cannot have the same weapon as another character (excluding the standard ranged weapons).
  • I will quote your post with "accepted!" or "not accepted, here's why:" after reviewing your CS.
  • Remember, your backstory shouldn't be on your CS, but you should have it written down and sent to me! That way other players can learn about your character through interaction and I can plan the RP around your character.
  • Be creative! Seven Bobs vowing vengeance on all microwaves because their microwave killed their father makes for a rather dull storyline.


  • Seishisai means "He who dominates the waves" in Japanese. This faction was clearly modeled after the Samurai, but feel free to use names that aren't Japanese! Dominate the waves, man.

    Backstory: (Do NOT post this in the actual CS! You should still type this up, but DM it to me so I can archive it if you ever want to pull it back out again. I prefer for backstories to be revealed in-game, as I can tie in story events to certain people’s backstories. Please at least a decent sized couple of paragraphs!)

    Energy Blade’s Name: (The name of your character’s name for their blade. It can be whatever, doesn’t have to sound oriental.)

    Blade Appearance: (Is it curved? Is it straight? Does it look like a falchion, or a rapier? A picture also works, but if it’s metallic that sort of ruins the whole “Energy Blade” idea.)

    Blade Special Ability: (Woah, your blade has a special ability! But what does that mean? Well, basically, it’s been outfitted with some sort of modification that helps enhance your combat. This modification can be something that helps extend the range of your blade, but it can’t be an added ranged weapon. For example, it can be a chain attached to your wrist that lets you throw it at enemies and retract it, but it can’t be a laser shooting blade. It also can’t be too overpowered, like something that instantly deletes or immobilizes any enemy it touches. Here are some ideas to get your creative juices flowing:

    The energy blade can extend from the other end as well for surprise strikes, or even extend from both sides if needed.

    The energy blade is equipped with a grappling hook to reel enemies in or to jump forward.

    The energy blade is equipped with a holographic module, allowing you to project a hologram of yourself to confuse enemies.

    The energy blade is equipped with an electrical supercharger, and when it slices through anything with an electrical current, it becomes supercharged, powering the armor so that your physical abilities are enhanced. ß for cases like this, there’s a limit to a more powerful ability.

Standing at 5”5 and weighing 130lbs, Angie is around medium sized. Her arms are slightly too long for her body and her fingers also seem long in comparison to the rest of her body but neither trait particularly stands out on first glance. She keeps her hair short so that it doesn’t fall in her face too much but otherwise doesn’t do much to it and isn’t typically seen tying her hair up. From numerous hunts gone wrong she has scars randomly scattered throughout her body but the only really visible one is on her right cheek along with a longer one down the back of her neck. Angie usually wears neutral-colored clothing accompanied by a blue beaded necklace around her neck. She wears snow boots insulated with white fur and long, thick pants that she stuffs into the ankles of her shoes. Her eyes are a light green/gray that usually carry a sharp and focused look to them.

-Has a habit of touching and messing with her wristband (shield generator), sometimes causing the shield to randomly activate

Shield Equipment
Angie’s shield is stored in a band on her wrist as is typical Whiteband fashion. However, it doesn’t project from her wrist like many others and is instead deployable. Upon activation the wrist band detaches from her wrist into the form of a small, circular shield with a grip in the back to make it easy to hold. If activated for over five seconds, the shield then expands to a radius of just over two feet, making its whole diameter around four and a half feet which covers most of Angie’s body. The shield itself isn’t very special but her use of it is what makes it effective: Angie doesn’t often use it as a shield, she uses it as a frisbee. For hunting she throws it to help herd her prey in her direction, but it is also useful to throw the shield to allies or even as a projectile. If the frisbee is flying when the five second mark is reached, it will still expand, which means it loses most of its momentum and usually falls out of the air so timing is important.

If the frisbee makes contact with something it’s blunt force is usually enough to make a good dent in a tree or armor, depending on how far it’s been flying or how much force she put behind the throw. She has also experimented with using her hammer to hit the shield to give it extra momentum (and vice versa: hitting her hammer with her shield to give the hammer extra momentum, though that has proved to not be very effective). Seeing as Angie has practiced throwing it a lot, she is able to achieve curves and usually hit the targets she’s aiming for, but a big disadvantage of using the shield in this way is that once it’s thrown she has to retrieve it if she wants to use it again which can leave her exposed.

Crusader is a large hammer with a five foot long handle. The handle can be detached through a screw mechanism in two places; one at the middle where the leather grip meets the metal and another at the top so that the hammer head can be taken off. This enables both closer-range combat and the use of the hammer head as a projectile, but the nature of the handle compromises some structural integreity because Angie has to constantly check to make sure the pieces aren’t becoming unscrewed in case it falls apart in battle. The hammer head weighs about 20lbs and is pointed at one end to maximize damage. The design across the hammer is simple but embedded with small stones that shine a little in the light. A ribbon around the top of the handle enables Angie to tie the weapon onto her bag or for better ease of carrying.

Valencia 'Val' Fire-Speaker

Appearance
- Valencia has stark white hair, kept just short enough to be manageable on the front and sides, and tied behind her head at the back.
- She typically wears a loose red robe that leave the arms and legs free to move, and stubbornly refuses to wear anything warmer if it means hampering her freedom of movement.
- A small assortment of religious symbols hang from short chains at her waist and neck.
- She stands at an even six feet tall and her skin bears a hint of tan and a healthy complexion.
- She has the body of an athlete and boasts firm musculature as well as a fair share of shallow scars.
- Her hands are discolored and calloused from years of training and manual labor, and the bulk of her scars can be found on her forearms and hands.
- She wears a pair of red gloves at all times, fingerless except for the middle finger of each hand.





Extras:
- Valencia has a deep appreciation of painting, music and all other art forms.
- She greatly prefers warm climates.
- She's something of a show-off.


Character Abilities:

- Divine Providence - Valencia is a holy warrior, devoted to carrying out the will of the gods. Her body is an altar and through combat she communes, attaining a state of divine attunement in the midst of battle. In this state of attunement, the gods grant her Their eyes, allowing Valencia to see the threads of fate. She can follow the arc of a blade or the thrust of a spear alike, foretelling where a blow might land so that its fate may not intersect with her own.

Speak In Tongues: Valencia's staff can produce a flammeable coating of accelerant, allowing either end to be set ablaze. Valencia's gloves each bear a strip of flint on the back of the middle finger, which can be struck against the staff's surface to produce a spark and ignite the accelerant. While her staff is ablaze, Valencia can launch arcs of fire to sting and scare her foes, or to distract them before she launches a vital strike.

Small Weapon of Choice:
Dual Forearm Blades - Rests on either tricep, hidden within a sleeve, and extends down the forearm.

Weapon Appearance:
(I couldn't really find what I was looking for, so I put a bunch of pictures. It's basically a curved dual-edged retractable arm-length blade that rests on either forearm when extended. The first pic is kinda concept, the second it what the actual blade would look like.)

Weapon Special Ability:
When either blade is swung very quickly or banged together, it can produce a loud high pitched sound that may temporarily deafen and disorientate anyone nearby. Being less than half a metre away to the blades when both are banged together can even cause unconsciousness for some. Specialised pitch-specific earplugs can block the sound produced.

Feral Fighting Style:
Cheetah - Extremely fast bursts of speed with quick attacks, complex manoeuvres, contortionist-levels of agility/dexterity, honed eyesight/smell and excellent reflexes.

She allows herself bangs though, to soften her angular face and give herself some semblance of style. Ice blue eyes analyse her surroundings, and paired with an ever present lazy smirk often makes her come across as bored. Get her talking about her work though and they spark up.

She has a penchant for waistcoats, to help emphasise her narrow waist and mask her lack of chest. Paired most often with black pants and a white blouse she prioritises comfort and movement over anything, and it usually all gets hidden under an apron and lab coat anyway. Finishing it off are long gloves- practical and stylish- and a pair of killer boots, after all, a woman is made by her shoes.

Extras: She loves reading detective novels, and usually has potted plants around her home. Both to remind her of her younger years, and because they’re useful.

Potions:

Name: Hangman’s Kiss
Thrown or Drank: Drunk
Effect: A few drops of this will find your throat muscles swell shut, painfully cutting off air and circulation. It effectively strangles the drinker with their own body.

Name: Freeze
Thrown or Drank: Thrown/Inhaled
Effect: Attacks the nervous system to cause paralysis. In large doses it can kill due to paralysis of the heart or diaphragm but usually is just used to paralyse an attacker/person.

Name: All Purpose Antidote
Thrown or Drank: Drunk
Effect: has the ability to counter a mild dose of the most common poisons. It can also dampen accute poisoning to a degree that a specific antidote could be administered with an hour or two, but it’s purpose is mostly to guard against accidental poisoning during preparations/general handling.

Mad Scientist - Enhanced knowledge about various ingredients used to make potions. Can tell if something is poisoned, or a potion's effects.

Irulan stand only five feet four inches, and has black hair and brown eyes. She usually keeps her hair medium length, long enough to be girly but short enough to no get tangled much. Whenever she's not fighting she has a soft smile, but it's easy to tell that it's a polite one, not one out of unceasing optimism. When she is fighting her expression is usually stone cold. Her attire, currently, mainly consists of traditional, though casual, Sieshisaian dresses. They're not too masculine and are made to be able to work in so they're not so restrictive as to make fighting in them very difficult. You'd be surprised how many pockets those dresses have hidden on them too. She always keeps a jacket with her, though, as she get cold easily.

Extras:
- Irulan can't stand being bored and has been known to do some rather odd things to stop being bored.
- She knows how to tweak just about any device or tool to function at its highest possible performance.
- Hungry? Irulan can whip you up something delicious real quick. Especially if it's her baking.
- Irulan has a blank notebook that she uses to preserve her collection of flowers she's found while traveling.

Energy Blade’s Name: Siebenkante (etched onto the edge of the hand guard)

Blade Appearance: Siebenkante is a two handed, single edged sword with a silhouette much like a langes messer. The blade is forged with an intricate Damascus pattern but the layers all have subtle hues of color resulting in a vibrant rainbow effect on the blade's metal depending on how the light is hitting it (similar to this). In contrast to its bright blade, the rest of the design is simple and minimalistic. The guard is nothing but a discrete metal circle located between the handle and the blade with no aesthetics other than the name of the sword being etched onto the side of the guard. The handle is straight, metal wrapped in treated leather bands, and flares out near the bottom to prevent the hands from slipping off the grip. A small, half circle pommel caps the end flushed with the flared end of the handle. Whenever Irulan activates Siebenkante's ability the blade looses its rainbow effect and glows a pale emerald.

Blade Special Ability: When activated, Siebenkante's pommel splits in half revealing an opening. For a split second highly pressurized air shoots out the nozzle propelling the blade forward. Irulan can use this to quickly close the gap with a foe, launch herself up a story or two, dodge out of the way of an attack, launch the sword at a target (though she'll be without a sword then), or even reverse it and blast someone else back if she braces the sword on something. After being used, the blade's verdant glow fades for a few seconds until the sword return to its original multicolored mode after which the ability can be used again.

Primary Ranged Explosive Weapon: Grenade Launcher
A handheld, gun shaped weapon that shoot grenades from a distance. May also shoot smoke and gas warhead.

Secondary Thrown Explosive Weapon: Fire Bomb
A bomb that's filled with smaller round of explosives. Its primary goal is to set target on fire instead of to damage it with the blast of the explosives.

Tertiary Dropped Explosive Weapon: Explosive Mine
Pressure sensitive bomb that will explode upon a certain amount of pressure is applied over it once activated.

Appearance/Extra Details: A tall, slim and athletic young woman with tanned skin and long, straight, black hair, usually kept in a braid. She wears comfortable clothes, usually black or green, or a combination of both. A hood is usually covering her head when she is tracking or about to fight someone. She has light armor covering her chest and arms. Her eyes are a dark green, and her face is very recognizable because of a slightly hooked nose that is slightly bigger than it should.
All throughout her body there are scars of many different shapes, sizes, and origins. She will make up a plausible sounding story for each of those every time you ask her.

Extras:
*Will absolutely know if you are lying to her, but will keep it to herself until she has a chance to annoy you with that knowledge.
*Smokes.
*No fun at parties.
*Kind of paranoid. Will jump into a defensive position if she is startled or if she feels like she is being followed.

Longbow Name: Thunderstrike

Longbow Modification: Thunderstrike can take some of the ern most Symrustar use to heighten the arrows' speed and pierce and transform it into a jolt of electricity. With good enough aim, these jolts can paralyze targets for up to 30 seconds, which is more than enough time to finish them off.

Climbing Gear: Grappling hook.

Character Abilities:

Ern Stealth - Use of ern allows the user to lower his or her presence, making them much harder to detect.

Speedy Arrow - Use of ern allows user to heighten speed and pierce of arrow, making it able to penetrate most defenses.
