  • I like to write with realistic possibilities. This includes in fantasy that there is a method and some sort of science or mana-energy behind the magic. This is a good way to keep powers balanced.
  • I like to write around dark themes with some grit.
  • I don't like to stick with a stereotypical trope. (i.e. master x slave being your borderline lewd romance story- no... none of that from me).
  • My writing will often contain descriptors such as the various senses around the scenery and characters in that particular scene. I like to get immersed in the world will try to write accordingly.
  • My writing length varies depending on if the scene is dialogue or an action scene etc. I can post anywhere from 3-10+ paragraphs.
  • I don't like doubling for the sake of doubling. I play multiple characters each with a purpose to the story not just as an addition for my partner.
  • I can write in a thread, pm, google docs, or discord
• 
  Depending on the character types we come up with some of them I can struggle to get into the right mindset to truly bring the character to life. I will let you know if I'm struggling in advance.
  
  It's summer and I'm super sensitive to the heat and we don't have a centralized AC unit where I live. So depending on the time my replies might be limited as it is very hard for me to write when I'm trying not to get overheated.
  
  I work in the mornings so expect replies to be daily either once in the morning (when I first get up) or later in the afternoon when I get home from work. It could be off and on throughout the evening.
  
  I'm working through some pretty heavy emotional stuff right now, if I haven't responded in a couple of days feel free to ping me. I have issues dissociating and will sometimes think I've replied, when in fact I haven't.

  • Quality over quantity, but have substance to it, It doesn't have to be novel, but please offer more than just a few lines of text.
  • Be apart of the plot, while I will have ideas for the story, they aren't set in stone. Feel free to discuss plots with me along the way and/or throw in a couple of twists and turns to keep the story exciting.
  • A well rounded in depth character no Gary or Mary sues.
  • Be willing to play multiple characters to help move the story along.
  • Communication about the story would be nice, If you want to chit chat that's cool I welcome it, if you want it to just be strictly rp cool we can do that to.
  • Spoiler: If you are playing a villain

    If your main or even side character is playing the villain, please be a well rounded in depth villain not your typical trope. I'd like to see some real depth and grit for this. I don't like playing with soft villains unless it is already established that they are a "softer" Villain (i.e. being forced to do horrible things but don't actually want to do it. Or trying to redeem themselves).
    Regarding villains... I don't mind playing a villain to add some spice but if it's just me moving the story along I will get burnt out pretty quickly.
  • I ask that you be over 21. Nothing against younger, I just feel weird writing dark more mature scenes (within site rules).

  These pairings is more like the character type and relationship, this does not necessarily mean romance. This can be friends, romantic, platonic, enemies... etc.. this is just the idea of potential pairings that the story can center around.

  Spoiler: Runaway x Runaway

  Not everyone can be trusted, but when you're down on your luck and it's a struggle to survive sometimes all you can do is trust. Our characters will start out as strangers who just so happen to meet in passing. Will end up working together to survive, or fight each other?
  
  
  Spoiler: Angel x Demon- Prisoner of War

  There is a war no one else can see, but not everything is as black and white as it seems. Demons have been dealt the short hand for thousands of years until they were sick of being painted in a bad light. They were the necessary chaos the world needed to keep the balance of things. Angels were just as necessary but found themselves to be superior to the demons and thus tried to wipe them out. They have been at war for hundreds of years now, fighting a battle humans cannot see.
  
  I'd like this to be a bit in depth. I'm leaning more towards the Angel gets imprisoned and is taken back to the demon world (hell) during interrogation eventually both the demon and Angel will learn that maybe neither is inherently good or evil and that a war is not necessary. This idea focus's on the idea of Angels not actually being all that good, if not worse than demons when it comes to their involvement with human lives on earth. I have quite a bit of in depth background on this that we can further discuss if this is an option for you.
  
  
  Spoiler: Crime lord x informant

  Think more kingpin classy maybe old school Italian Mob attitude crime lord. Basically the informant scrapes by as a neutral party towards many of the gangs around (not just the top dog). However as a particular gang gears up to take down the crime lord the informant gets involved and will eventually be forced to choose a side. (something to that end more can be discussed. As I said previously I have a character for this as the informant but can play either).
