Ahhh I see. The sort of person who would make me jump out a twenty story building just to get away from them. Should be interesting to have her and two gays guys then. I'll stay diplomatic and say I sense vocal debates to come.

We're ready to begin. You all may start wherever your hearts desire. All characters currently signed up know each other to some degree via The Resort. Anyone who signs up from this point onward will be newcomers.

I thought we were meant to have found it by now and all new characters from the this point on were the new ones.
 
Also, you say the resort doesn't have TV, does it have power at all? Because my character loves his laptop.
 
Well, I just imagine it'd be better to start off and have all of our characters introduce themselves, yeah? I'm not quite sure where we'd start if everybody was already there... They'd need to settle down and get themselves situated, would they not?
 
So, um, I've been fairly busy recently. I'm wondering if it is too late to resume progress with my CS?

So it's her first visit of the Resort, then? I can live with that. I'll just make sure that she has recently moved to town. xD

I just posted a CS for one character who I want to be in the rp starting asap if he's accepted, but I was wondering if I could make another character to join once it's slightly more established?
 
I can't think of any reason my character would come be sociable considering he's pretty much been hiding for two days. I'll wait until someone accidentally makes a loud noise or a newbie accidentally comes into his room.

Um... the original idea was no sort of utilities [because who the hell is paying bills for an abandoned house? xD ], but I suppose if you all want things a little more 'dolled up', we don't have to be so technical?


And everyone's been at the resort for...however long they want, I guess? I mean, who knows who found it first? [unless you all want to deem someone founder, hahah.] I suppose I can't really answer that question directly because everyone's individual age and history would kind of dictate when they may have found the resort, and therefore who has been there the longest [which would be your max time]. ...But, eh, I'm not picky. Just nothing crazy like 8 years or something because no one's been there that long... I guess if I had to throw out an estimate, somewhere between 2-3 years?

The idea wasn't really for anyone to be living there solely had to then fine] mainly because there weren't any utilities [water, gas, electricity], but given my answer above ... I'll let you all decide if you'd like for those details to slide. Anyway, to answer your specific question more, the first 10 characters know each other already to some degree, meaning even if they've never spoken/interacted before, they've seen each other...may or may not know names and so on. Some people live there, some don't?

All accepted characters are posted on the main post for character sign-up. And you're very welcome to create another character later, if you like.


*Update: Also just realized I need to update some things [like the character page], so just give me a little time to do that. I just thought I'd give you the heads up so you're not wondering what's wrong.


If I'm ever confusing to any of you guys, let me know and I'll try not to be? Hahah. I'm trying to answer everyone's questions clearly and all. And if you guys have ideas/suggestions/etc. to chuck at me, then chuck it. [unless it's poop... No poop chucking.]

Are we making it a bit nicer and more functional as a house then or not? I vote make it nice with electricity and water, but no WiFi, if we are voting.
 
Hm... let's just go with it being nicer...electricity, water... I'll even hook them up with an electric stove, hahah. So, all the basics, but no 'fancy stuff', so no internet [as you mentioned], cable, etc.

Thanks for the inquiry, Yunn. That reminded me that I wanted to address that with people who had newly signed up as well.


This RP died some time ago (and I'm fairly amazed how anyone seemed to find it xD [well, before I updated that poll thread]). So, I'll change the status of this thread to 'closed' so there's no more confusion. When I do a remake of this in the future, I'll be sure to tag everyone, old and new, in case there is still interest.
