Realistic or Modern Parasite survival horror

Nearly fifty years ago a comet struck earth. Inside of it was an organism. A two foot squid looking being. For years the Olorien Corperation studied it. Using it they created many medical advances.


What they didn't know was that while they were studying it. It was studying them. It bid it's time until one unlucky janitor was alone with it. It somehow broke containment and forced itself down the janitors throat.


The next day the lab went on lock down with all 350 employees inside. There was no communication in or out of the lab. Now twenty four hours later Olorien's security force team five "The Wolves" were sent in to end the lock down and find out what happened.


As they belive it was just a simple accident they are heavily unprepared for the nightmare in-store for them

Not much plot wise.

What I'm thinking is 4 to 8 people.
The idea is that the Wolves will have to go through five floors in a subterranean lab. Each floor having their own puzzles and being more scary than the one before.

The reoccurring enemies will be humans controlled by the squid. They go from being regular humans to bullet sponges. Animal infected, infant squids, and advanced infected will show up eventually

Each character will have a set amount of ammo while they will receive some more as events happen but once their out their out and will have to try and find alternative ways of dealing with obstacles.

Characters can be killed. but I'll be fair about it.

That actually sounds interesting. I'm in. So is this in the normal modern world? Or is there like magic/magic tech or anything like that?
