Well, he finished as a staff-sargeant and he makes it sound like his MOS was Misslemen, but I'm not even sure if that was really a job. I was born while he was still in I'm just not sure what his MOS was.

Yeah, but this was also the 90's. Like I said, I know he ported around anti-tank rockets so maybe he was just an Infantrymen with specalist training. Again, I don't know what his MOS was, but I've seen the picture of him when he was stationed in Germany in the 80's.

Thanks. I know my grandpa was in Vietnam with 173rd Airborne and he was part of the only paratroop drop during that war

Funny enough, I love the fact that submariners used to have to sleep between the berths for the nuclear missiles due to lack of space. I work with radiation and always thought that was funny as hell.
